I am very happy with the service that Milestones Lynwood offers; the staff members are very kind, happy and helpful, specially Miss Vanessa and Miss Treena. I am very grateful, my daughter learned a lot here, now she is ready to go to school.

Friendly and professional staff. The centre manager and educators are fantastic. Educators make a point of telling parents how the child's day went each day and happy to discuss any concerns. The centre itself is very clean and well maintained. I will definitely recommend this centre to everyone.

My Daughter is attending Milestones Lynwood since few months. She is loving the centre and all the educators. Every staff is friendly here and your kids will feel safe and happy at the center.

Milestones Lynwood has done an outstanding Job with the care of my child. My husband and I are grateful we've found a place we can trust and a place that feels like family. My son has attended the centre for a year now and we've seen so much growth in his social skills, language compression and verbal communication. Lastly the staff are really well trained and friendly. I would recommend this place to any parent.

Milestones is such a great experience for your kids and urself as parents.sending a baby to a day care can be so hard for some parents but milestones staff surely made that easy for us. I am so grateful for the entire staff for their professionalism, helpfull and kind nature which helped my bub to settle down and enjoy her days at day care. The Staff are lovely, friendly, and welcoming and will lend a hand to help families out. My son is enjoying his days there and has settled in well. I recommend this centre to my family and friends as they are just wonderful people and go beyond to help. They post daily pictures on their story app to help you stay connected and watch your child grow and learn many new and different things. I highly recommend this centre to my friends and family.

Milestone is the exact choice for my son and has wonderful, friendly and very professional educator. It was a great experience for my son to be enrolled there. He learned a lot of important things which will make his path for the school much more easier. I will definitely recommend this center to everyone?

They don't deserve even one star but no option, they keep the children hungry all throughout the day and we asked, did our child eat? They said yes, our child lost so much weight from not eating, we took her to Doctor, Doctor said she has lack iron and other vitamins.as result our child hospitalised. They just don't care about your child simple is that. They never called us or let us know that why our child is not eating.

My daughter is been attending Milestones Lynwood since she was eight months. All the carers are very friendly and they take a good care of the children. Also they do a lot of creative and educational activities for the children where they can develope interest in lerning new things.
I would recomend this centre to anyone looking for a great day care.

My current teenager went to Milestones years back and now my youngest goes there too. Great childcare facility with a wonderful manager, great food for kids, and fun outside play area. The staff are all very friendly and easy going.

My son started there as a 7mo and the carers seems to be so loving and caring towards the kids under their care. Never had to feel worry leaving my baby boy.

He stopped going there due to COVID and he is now in toddler room and he loves going there and adjustment didn’t take long at all. The carers are very friendly and attentive.

We have been attending Milestones Lynwood for almost two years now; the staff are very personable and good to get along with (both when things are going well, and also when speedbumps happen that all parties try and work together on- which I feel is important). They provide a Kindy Bus dropoff & pickup service to the local primary schools, which is valuable to working parents. The centre is very multicultural, and we love the diversity of learning about different cultures & celebrations, as well as different languages (Inc Mandarin & Punjab). Centre managers have been good to deal with, and appreciate their attentiveness.
The chef is a wonderful highly educated lady in early childhood nutrition, and we really value the different menu plans put into place.

I could keep going; our family value the educators at this centre, and are happy with the values and education they have been able to help us develop in our children.

My eldest son joined them when he was 7mo. Treena & Kush were so nice and caring to him. Makes me feel secure leaving my son there. We pulled him out when COVID started.

We have just started again with them in toddlers room and again their level of service and care are second to none! We went to a different day care closer to home and we are SO glad that we changed back it Milestones! Adjustment time for my son did NOT take long at all (from memory it only took my son 3/4 times before he gets comfortable, that is really good for us compared to him adjusting at another place!) They just know how to help him adjust and make him feel comfortable very quickly. I didnt have to worry about leaving him there. I know for sure my son is happy and well looked after! Almost all the carers i see there (including those who are in different room and dont know us) will greet us with a big smile on their face and help me carry my crying son and help me so I can go to work. It is very obvious that they are there for us and not just for the sake of coming to work. You will still see a big smile on their face even at the end of the day!

I think the fact that i can still see some familiar faces of the carers after coming back there is really something! The two carers that looked after my son in the baby room are still there and they remember us! It feels like they are my sons second family.

My youngest son is going there soon and i know for sure that he will be well looked after too!

I dont mind the distance for all these reasons. We are very happy parents!

From the time I walked in 10 years ago with my first of 3 who have all been here, Milestones lynwood have always been professional, reliable and flexible. Would highly recommend, it is reassuring to know your family is safe and cared for, a second family for working families. Thanks.and especially to Trina and Janet who have been there for all my kids.

I enrolled my children here a few months ago my kids absolutely love the centre and the staff they never want to leave when I come and pick them up and that is what I was looking for when I was looking for a centre, the staff are so welcoming and everytime a child walks in they greet them with a warm welcome

I wouldn't recommend this centre to anyone. I did relief work there for a short while and I ended up stopping accepting shifts, I was not the only educator who did this from Affinity education either, due to the way some of the staff spoke to the children. The centre manager being one of them.
Not only were the children spoken to like dirt by the manager but so were the staff. She was so rude! I don't know if she had personal stuff going on and it was impacting her during work but she was quite nasty. She was also very nice and I don't know her life experience so I am not here to say she is a bad person but the way she spoke to those children was wrong.

Screamed at for moving a cushion half a metre off the mat. Screamed at because they were not allowed to run although the backyard was the biggest one I have worked in. This was due to them running into each other so instead of teaching the children to be mindful, spatial awareness and risk assessing they just banned running!
A little girl was screamed at and left at the table for 2 hours because she wouldn't eat her lunch. She was so distressed. That should never of happened. Even if that was the parents request, that treatment should never of happened within a centre. It was bullying and it was nasty and I only hope that situation does not scar that little girl.

I hope things have changed within the centre and what I am saying is a thing of the past but I want people to know this is a treatment that was accepted by the company Affinity Milestones falls under. I complained on 3 sperate occasions and no one ever called. I would never, ever want my children spoken to and treated the way that some of those educators spoke to those children

My daughter always goes on about how awesome her teachers are and how much she loves going!
The centre manager is also amazing, always so friendly and always smiling!
