Absolutely loved it! Had 2 pizzas and they truly taste like in Italy! It was the best pizza we had for ages! Staff very friendly too. Highly recommended for everyone who’s after a ‘real italian’ pizza- nice flat dough, high quality ingredients?

We went there for our Christmas staff lunch. The service was quick, attentive and very welcoming. Miki is a great host, and his staff are equally as wonderful.
The Lamb ragu pasta was amazing; in fact all the food was great.
The Negroni's are the best I have had.
The pricing was very reasonable for the quality and portions.
I will be recommending this place to others.

Good local casual place for family dinner. Quality service. Seafood pasta was good. Other dishes were ok. If you want quick, simple and homely this is a place.
Great Italian food and super friendly service. The Chilli Mussels were great and the pizzas from the woodfire oven are amazing!

Superb service, excellent food and friendly staff. Italian dining at its best, I cannot recommend this place highly enough! The chef kindly asked my children did they want to make their own pizza, they were delighted A+
Had a great night, the food was beautiful. The waitrissing staff was excellent, friendly and paid special attentuonto our dietary needs. Our waitress was a delight.

While we have always enjoyed Mikys food as our local take away restaurant, our first dine in experience was horrible!
After a long family day out we were very hungry & tired so we decided to dine in there. When we placed our order we clearly informed the waitress that my child has GF/ DF dietary requirements. We repeated that to her few times & she went to the kitchen to double check with the chef before placing his order. My child choose GF/ DF spaghetti. She repeated the order for us before leaving the table.
Our food order including the appetisers took more than 30 minutes to arrive. As usual the kids meals arrived prior to our meals and they started eating as they were starving. When my husband spaghetti arrived I noticed that his spaghetti looks exactly same like my child one which was supposed to be GF/DF.
I had some doubts and called the waitress to double check that my child meal was GF/ DF as requested. Few minutes passed and still waiting for an answer. I looked around and noticed that the waitress with the manger and others were having a discussion. I immediately realized that my child meal was not GF/DF and instead of someone rush back to inform us they were taking their time to discuss & analyse the matter between them. I went to the manger who apologised coldly, then he came to our table offered us to call an ambulance if my child requires one and his excuse was " we are sorry but MISTAKES HAPPENS" " Your boy looks ok". We rushed & left the restaurant. When settling the invoice the manger offered us 50% discount.
Our long day ended up with a fright, extremely stressful and we had to pay for that as well!

It is great to see that you stand by your staff, however unfortunately what you noted is not correct.
My child firstly inquired about Gluten free pizza with Vegan cheese, the waitress was not sure if you do offer vegan cheese so she went to the kitchen and came back noting that they can do gluten free pizza but no vegan cheese available, then the same child & myself asked if he can have Gluten Free / Dairy free spaghetti bolognaise and she replied Yes we can do that and then we discussed his serve size.
My boy has a medical condition and been on Gluten free/ Dairy Free diet for the last three years so be assured that mentioning his dietary requirements is something we never miss!
The worst thing yesterday was that after I raised the inquiry to double check if the meal was GF/DF your team took the time to discuss the matter between themselves instead of someone coming to us to alert us immediately.
We are not after the refund, thanks for your offer! The tummy pain my child had that night and the stress we all went through after the incident can't be forgotten! However I was surprised to get an invoice and to notice later that on the bill that I was invoiced for that wrong plate! I do understand that I was offered 50 % discount but still that plate was supposed to be removed from the bill.
Regarding your advice, Thank you.we had a booking, your waitress was informed with all our needs, the 2nd waitress who came later to apologise about the delay in the food was informed as well that we were tired and hungry so I am not sure what else need to be said or done! I believe you kitchen was understaffed as noted by the waitress and that might have been the factor to the food delay & the incident yesterday.
