Amazing stuff and fun filled environment! Haven’t had my hair red in so long and you guys did an amazing job!

Full head of foils that look like I already had 3 month regrowth. Over $200 to now have to go to another salon to fix it. Apparently was going to get a call back Wednesday which never happened.

$82 for a 9 min trim of easy straight hair with no styling. Rip off! Won't be back, sorry.

Amazing salon! I was getting my hair done here quite a while ago when I was more local & I love love love it! I walked through the door was greeted with such an energetic & friendly welcome I then sat for my haircut & was just amazed. This team make getting a haircut so much more enjoyable. They laugh, have fun & just a generally friendly & great group of people. I have always been impressed with the team here & I will be heading back.

Honestly I - and I cannot stress this enough - love this place. Having brightly coloured hair I've always struggled finding a hair dresser bold and fabulous enough to get it done, Mikelah 100% delivers!

The cut, style and colour is always on point and the staff are the most attentive and amazing. It feels like hanging out with friends and catching up on old times. The compliments I get on my hair never end, it's the healthiest, longest and most lush its ever been. First ever client to enter the salon and I will be 105 still be coming here.

Amazing experience the moment I stepped through the door and for the duration of my visit, customer service out of this world!

First time client and will not be returning.

Upon booking my appointment I was required to pay a deposit of $50 which is completely understandable. It’s to ensure that I will arrive on time and that I will be at my appointment. Yet that didn’t mean that my stylist would be ready to start.

My appointment started at 9.45am and my foils weren’t in my hair until 10.15am. It was only at 10am I was give in apology for her running late and was offered twice a drink for this inconvenience. Which I had to refuse twice!

Whilst my foils were processing my stylist was with another client and she instructed other stylist to check my colour. Then once my half a head of foils had been processed I was taken to the basin where another stylist (possibly an apprentice) an hour and a half washing and toning my hair. This experience wasn’t gentle! My hair was pulled and nails scratching my scalp. When I was returned to my chair my stylist informed me she was running late and another stylist will be blow drying and curling my hair once she has cut my hair. I didn’t leave the studio until 12.49pm my appointment of a cut half a head of foils and blow dry took over 3 hours? ! Huh!?

I understand that when going to a salon someone else might be washing my hair but I had hoped by going to this salon who charges $170 for a half a head of foils and cut that my stylist would be with me through the process as well was know how to time manage her clients and bookings!

Debbie the receptionist was absolutely lovely and was able get me in the same day i called due to a cancellation, Robbie did my hair he was amazing and everyone there is absolutely beautiful inside and out:)

Have been here a few times now for cut and colour and highly recommend. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Love the results.
