Brought a Mitsubishi ASX 2018 from this yard about 6 months ago. Being my first car I've gotten on a loan the sales, finance and insurance teams are great and answered my questions in a way that was understandable.
Bought an $65k car, not even 5k KMs now the wheel bearing and shockie making noise. That's ashamed! I trusted them so I didn't buy pre-owned warranty insurance, now I gotta fix it with my own pocket.
Great experience from start to finish. I wasn't sold up into something I didn't need, the team helped me find a rig that suited my needs perfectly. Would definitely recommend and will be back for the next car!
I have recently done my service with Midland Toyota. Their customer service is very poor and unprofessional. They act like they are busy and working but just talking to each other instead of attending to customers. They don't explain anything on the vehicle until you ask them. They don't explain what services or what things needs to be done in next service. Never attending the dealership again.
Dan in sales and DJ in finance were fantastic, Dan was enthusiastic and friendly even when I said I was just looking and not buying plus I was dressed like a hobo, he gave good feedback and I ended up saving $20k scaling back to a car that fit what I needed vs what I fancied, DJ was so polite and down to earth and the speed in which he worked getting quotes and approvals back before the bank I’m with even returned my call about organising a meeting to apply. I wasn’t planning on buying a car for another few months but I purchased on the spot because of how much myself and my partner appreciated the way Dan and DJ treated us so well.
Picking my 2005 Landcruiser today up after proceeding with their recommended repairs. Still waiting an Hour after after the pick up time. Then told they can’t find the leaking power steering hose they recommend to replace. Mark my advisor was full of excuses and then took the time to explain that they don’t carry parts for cars that old!

Bought a new Toyota Corolla with tint from Midland Toyota. The tint bubbled up overtime. Unsure whether there was a lifetime warranty or not I called them and no one could tell me much until I was told to call a third party company who does their tint for them. I called them, they said they can't help because they issue the warranty to the dealership for new cars (they receive a stock number, no customer details). I called Midland Toyota back, they said I can't be found in their system. I gave them all of my details and the car's and still no record.
Every staff member I was passed on to gave me a different reason/solution including "I'll pass you on to warranties, they'll call you back" (they never did), call the third party tint company back again (my details do not = a stock number), contact the dealership you get your car serviced at regularly (why? I bought the car from you), records are thrown out after 5 years and my favourite. "you can always pay us to tint your car now and we can see what we can do about your warranty after".
Parts guy was very helpful ordering parts that hadn’t ever been ordered to Australia before. Very friendly and respectful.

I Would never take it to MIDLAND TOYOTA AGAIN
Booked first 1000kms of my brand new car service/quick check at Midland Toyota service.patner was told it takes only 45mins.they took longers than 2.5hrs.upon asking after 1 hour told your car is being washed.mentioned few issues/ concerns
regards few things arent working as it should.so took almost 3 hours and whashing car was a complete lie at the first place not even vaccum the car.and said everything in working fine we have checked.they are still not working as it should.did not even do anything to the car.i would rather take to another dealership next time.

Great service from the service department. Sorted out an issue (without charging) that the Northam dealership was not interested in helping me with, great communication and flexibility with service times. Highly recommended and I will continue to use Midland Toyota as long as I own my Prado.
One of the best staff members in the world. I left my car for service and I was given a vehicle to use while my car is being serviced.
I have had dealings with these guys on two different occasions, doing a valve clearance check and now purchasing a new car. Both times have been great. These guys are a definite go-to for me.
I contacted Jai in service to arrange for some accessories to be fit to my manager's 300 series. He was so accommodating, helpful and provided competitive pricing. He fit us in the next day and even picked up the vehicle from our business and dropped it back to us once complete. Highly recommend the team there at Midland Toyota Service. Will definitely be returning our company business there!

I could not recommend the team highly enough here at Midland Toyota. Kaylee Brandy, had made my experience with buying my new Toyota perfect, no request was ever too hard or too much. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Purchased a near new 2022 Prado Kakadu from Victoria.
Vehicles paint was in poor condition and with scuffs and scratches along passenger side (not transport related).
I paid well above market value for the vehicle and financed through Toyota. (Net 50k profit to Toyota). Midland Toyota would not come to the table to polish car (2k). Vehicle was also missing the headphones. Poor seevixe abd support from Midland Toyota. Vehicle was NOT as stated and shown. If transport wasnt $1300 id have sent it back.
Incompetent customer service.
Each time I have put my car in for service I have requested additional work in advance, and each time this garage has failed to deliver it.
The basic service checks get done no problem, but there appears to be a communication problem between the booking team and the service team.
I will not use the garage again, I do not have the time to make multiple visits to get things done that could have been done in the one visit.
Fantastic service and communication with midland toyota big appreciation for Michael Sinagra and the team will be back soon
