Midland Tourist Park

Often stay here in the single donga rooms for $95 per night, now you want to add $30 for cleaning for a single night stay, so won’t be back, can get a motel room for this price… disappointed!

Very clean place all over.very friendly and helpful staff older facilities but in very cleN tidy and working condition. Have some great hotels and restaurants.

Great pool ans spa area, very clean bathrooms even have DRY CKEAN shower floor mats for use in the wash rooms

Unfortunately we didn’t even get to stay here. We paid our $400 for a week stay, and then we’re sent a covid compliance checklist which I completed. It stayed that masks have to be worn in certain areas. I then sent a courtesy email to management to explain that I was unable to wear a mask due to doctors orders from another medical condition, but would be more than happy to show my doctors written medical exemption exemption to staff if they required it upon check in. They said they would not accept the exemption and suggested we cancel our stay and they refund us. Even though the WA Covid guidelines state a doctors written medical exemption is allowed to be used across the state.

So yeah, that was my experience. They did refund me, but quite disappointed in that experience. It’s not nice being discriminated against like this, and I’ve travelled all across WA in our van and NEVER had this experience and doubt I ever will again. Won’t be spending money at this park again.

Close to all amenities. Recycling done through cleaning staff. Very clean, neat and tidy. Good stopover when travelling from South to North or other way around. Friendly staff.

Had to be there for something work related. Staff leaves at 5 pm. Very friendly people very helpful too.

We had not noticed that the standard cabin housed the third person in a passage way (no door). Be aware of this if there are 3 adults traveling as we were not and a bit uncomfortable for all three of us

There is a terrible ant problem in the cabin myself and my family stayed in.i put my moisturiser in the bathroom cupboard when i got here, and found several ants crawling all over it the next morning.i couldn’t even leave my pyjamas on the bathroom bench for a couple of hours, because when i went back to get them, they were covered in ants.i do not want to be bringing ants home.please fix this issue.

We couldn't have been happier with our 2 night stay. From booking the cabin to leaving, the staff were so friendly. The cabin was clean and fresh and the bed so comfortable with beautiful fresh linen. We are nature lovers so weren't disappointed with the beautiful trees and birdlife in the park. I spent hours in the pool. This is our new favourite place to stay in Perth. It really was a pleasure to stay with such considerate guests around us as well.

Probably the cleanest toilets and showers block I've seen at any park, friendly staff and good clean sites.

Great caravan park spacious sites they can be a challenge to get in but worth the effort.
Its close to shopping and not far from the city.
Not a park for kids but there is grass and a nice pool a great camp kitchen with BBQ and lots of extras.
A few permanents but all friendly.
We enjoyed our stay.

Don't bother staying here if you are on the road full time and entitled to rent assistance with your age pension. They make up their own rules and refuse to stamp or sign Centrelink forms and staff are rude with it. Won't be back and won't recommend.

It is such a good place already to stay! I am currently staying here with some family and i love the rooms, their so nice and cozy and i am looking forward to exploring the site soon or later.

Bad service i requested early check in and they never reply in email even though if u book from their website
Maintaince issue lock on doors wasn't locable had issues and they have charged for cleaning just for couple of plate left uncleaned very unfair n very unprofessional
I would not recommend straying in that accomodation

We recently stayed at the BIG4 Midland Tourist Park to attend a concert nearby, the staff were amazing, communication was brilliant and check in/out was seamless. Five of us shared a 2 bedroom double chalet, it was clean and tidy and had a pull out sofa for our fifth person and had full amenities and was extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend, and still definitely be back.

They need to be more careful who they let in park. Letting misfits in caused alarm and uneasiness for travelers isn't good. We had them run through our site trying to get away from police. Will never be back nor recommend.

Spent a week in a double one bedroom, sc cabin. Nice and clean, had everything I needed. Great rates and facilities. Park in good location, close to town. Friendly staff. Thank You. I look forward to staying again.

We have stayed here a number of times, usually in chalet A. But for only one night, we stayed in chalet B. It was all we needed. Very neat and tidy.
