Very happy with the quality of work performed through MidCity. It was scheduled well and any challenges that arose were swiftly overcome to complete the work efficiently and to a high standard. Very appreciative of David Palladina for his organisation and great communication throughout.

Our insurance company allocated Midcity Group to complete repairs after a recent fire on our property. David, our Scheduler was fantastic. He kept us informed and ensured that all trades completed work in a timely manner. We are very happy with the quality of work. I would highly recommend them.

Midcity and Particularly David Paladina were fantastic in handling my insurance claim. David kept me up to date along the way and constantly checked in to ensure the trades were professional and efficient. Nothing was too hard and the outcome was excellent.
I cannot rate David, Midcity and the trades highly enough.

Such a positive experience. My assigned supervisor, David Paladina, showed up on time every time, promptly responded to my questions and when he said something would get done.it did. He and his team of trades have done an amazing job completing the full scope of works while maintaining the schedule without compromising quality. We are very satisfied and will seek him out again should the need ever arise.

Absolutely terrible service from Mid city a number of months ago through our Insurance company. Never replied to us, didn't send a quote to the insurance, ended up using a better company with standards. OMG, we have to deal with them again! Watch this space.

I was going to leave a review about the poor customer service that we received by Midcity, but after reading all the reviews already posted, I think they are already doing a wonderful job of driving their business into the ground. A quick shoutout to the insurance companies that do use them They are mutually to blame as they will take you premiums each year without fail and serve you up with this quality of a company.

Worst company, they work for instance repair and don't communicate with clients, you have to chase them up, and when you have luck to talk to them they so rude.
I would not recommend to anyone them.

Company needs to provide service, advise people of progress and you should not have to continually chase them up. They do not know the meaning of service.

Useless. Insurance company can't even get in contact with them to arrange emergency repairs. Meanwhile, the roof is continuing to leak through causing untold damage to other areas of house.

The absolute worst. 8 months of pain and still going cause of this company. Ask for another assessor if making a claim!

Claim from hail storm 2017
Supposedly fixed but not to Standard, took almost 6 months to have job done but the polycarbonate sheets 14 of them were so thin may as well not have any back on as we felt like we were sitting in the sun.by 2019 job was finished with yet another lot of roof sheeting put on and another sub standard shade cloth replaced, BUT guess what 2021 All the clips have come out now shade cloth flapping in the wind.
Inspector came out to view 19th November still no action.
Have rung CGU 3 times, Mid City State Manager rang me Friday the 10th Dec. Said would get back to me, Rang CGU again on 15th Dec and guess what now 18th December and not a word from either Midcity group or CGU.
In the meantime still have to pay the monthly instalment for Insurance.
Don't Trust Mid City one bit
Probably now will have to wait til 2022 for a repair.
The original Shade Cloth had been on the Patio for 17 years without a tare.

Most pathetic company ever.
Urgent issue with Electrical wires hanging around water burst. Supposed to be at site before 1am and yet end of day not a sign of anyone.

Bunch of hopeless people who have empathy for clients and cannot understand urgency.
A pathetic reflection on the leadership of this company. Staff do not even know the courtesy of returning calls and taking ownership.
So much for priding yourself of 6 core values.

The team was quick to respond and very considerate of our requirements. The painter was super efficient and did excellent work and the electrician and plumber was great as well. Overall very satisfied with the team

We had the best tradies. Even though it took a while for the work to commence after our flood, it was worth the wait. Each trade made contact to introduce themselves and negotiate a time suitable to me. Several times they attended as early as 0700 to allow me to get to work. Dave the master carpenter gets 10/10 for going the extra mile, but seriously they were all good, trustworthy and reliable. Very happy with the finished product, and so is the new owner.

Would not rate this company at all.
Extremely disappointing!
I signed a contract 6 MONTHS AGO and have been waiting PATIENTLY for my floors to be fixed only to be told Mid City, now does not want to do the job!
My rant could go on and on but i do not wish to waste any more time with this company.

Most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with. It has been over a month and they have still not been able to submit a correct assessment report to my insurance company. 3rd time lucky? Not holding my breath. Promised me so many call backs, apologised numerous times and still haven't gotten it right. Avoid at all cost!

Unfortunately there are no zero stars available to give this useless mob of tradies. Never ever deal with Mid City Group and if your insurance company allocates them, refuse their services. Very bad service provision is what they are good at. Avoid!

Spare room ceiling fell in due to a leak. Apia accessed the damage and ceiling needed repair carpet needed replacement and walls to be painted. This was May 19.
MidCIty replaced ceiling finally in Aug. Painted ceiling and walls. Here we are in September still waiting for rest of work to be done. Useless.
