Do not go here if you need a document signed.there was only one other person in store, yet rudely told me they ‘had emergencies’, falsely implying my request for one signature would impede people receiving their medication, and trying to shame me for even asking.i would have been happy to wait but they did not even give me the option.avoid.

Can't recommend highly enough. I went in for some advice re: a foot problem and the pharmacist patiently explained to me the various products I'd need. Really, really helpful, thank you.

I purchased some BioCeuticals supplements online 13 January 2022. After not seeing them for a month I contacted them and was told one of the two items was on back order. I rang again a month later and was told the same.the same again a few weeks after that. After waiting patiently almost 3 months I receive an email this week to say that the order was cancelled at my request! I was going to ring them to complain but thought they never bothered to ring me.

What a shambolic business. I called the Wanneroo branch who had the pregnancy vitamins (100 pack - 1 per day) I was looking for but were due to expire in December 2021, so I called this store and they said they would keep it aside collected it the next day. My problem is their online price doesn't match with in store products price (approx $11 more instore vs online), My husband went to ask for an explanation and spoke to Michael who said they provided a customer service and expertise which was nothing at all apart from put something aside, what a joke don't advertise one thing online and then sell for another at your store. I'm sure if I did buy online they would have sent me the vitamins which probably expire next month.

If only we read the previous reviews before shopping here. Never shopping there again. Would give it 0 stars

My husband bought a box of panadol rapid 80 capsules and it cost $29.95. I was really shocked when he told me how much it has cost him at Michael's Chemist North Perth. I remember I usually bought it for around $17 to $18. I have just checked the various pharmacies including chemist warehouse which is selling at $17.49 and superpharmacy at $17.45. The price is current. The marked up price for the same panadol product at Michael's Chemist is really shocking. We will not go back to get any medication at this place in future and will not recommend our friends and families to get any medication or products at this pharmacy seeing the marked up for this product. Almost $12.50 more than other competitors for this panadol product.

Poor customer service, and then when addressing that in-store, the several staff on hand were each unable to navigate a complaint about said staff member and how their actions caused a lack of service - disappointing experience on both accounts.

Absolutely disgraceful place to go to, unhelpful rude staff. Their online price doesn't match with In store products price, if you tell them to match the price they simply say go and order online. The Bloom Pharmacy Across the road just matched the price with Michael's Pharmacy online pricing and provided excellent customer service. Just an Awful experience visiting there.

The girls at Michaels North Perth are extremely helpful and always take the time to talk to me about my scripts. They helped me to download their app and I can order through it and even pay by card. The app reminds me to reorder and even reminds me to take it every day. It’s great. I do not know why people have put bad reviews here because it is certainly not my experience and I am a local who lives two blocks away.

My 86 year old grandmother in Perth, Western Australia has an assistant that baths her every morning at her home. The assistant does not have a mask as she explained they are not given masks. My sister bought paper masks that should cost 30c at this chemist for 6 dollars each mask. They are selling surgical gloves per box for over 30 dollars don't buy anything from this Chemist as they are just robbing people during a time of need when we can all see such solidarity in the world

I had my flu shot here a while ago and the pharmacist was extremely skilled. I didn't even notice that it was done.
The staff are extremely dedicated and put in a lot of effort to help out.

They declined the delivery of my online purchase with no communication. Returned my purchase to sender. Careless rude staff. Poor customer service and very disappointing.

Buyer beware.
My wife took a script in to be filled and was charged $36.00. When she queried the amount she was told that as she has a concession card she would have paid $6.00 if she had taken the generic brand. She was not told this before hand.
We do not have this problem with either of the two other chemists we use.
We will not go back to this Pharmacy.

Establish north perth chemist.
Friendly, knowledgable, staff to locate what ur looking for. Pharmacists on hand to talk about meds or issues.
Now, newly refurbished, new store and wonderful to see local business doing well and investing in it future.good job, many happy days
