Terrible experience. I bought a very expensive bracelet for my wife. I wasn't informed that to have it altered would be an additional cost on top of the already expensive piece. We dropped it back to Michael Hill Mandurah to send off and have altered by their third party jeweller. The lady advised a 4-6 week wait.waiting.waiting. 3 months later my wife decides to enter the store and ask where it is as we hadn't had any response from Mandurah store. The lady brings the bracelet out of the bag to advise that it is ready. My wife asked why she hadn't received a call and the response was "we always text" so you would have had a text sent. We didn't receive any text. The bracelet wasn't ready, it hadn't even been checked (hence no text) as the diamond links were missing. So after 3 months, we were advised it had to be sent back to the third party jeweller for them to 'find' the diamonds and send the whole product back. Very annoyed at this point because we didn't receive a call to say it had returned to store & we can't even have the bracelet yet. Another 2 weeks and it returned again. My wife went to collect it and after 3 1/2 months waiting, a return as the products diamond were missing - she was still charged the alternation fee! Disgusting customer service and would never recommend anyone to shop here. This cost should be absorbed by Michael Hill regardless of cumbersome policies regarding third party jewellers being paid. Trust me people - shop somewhere else!

Asked if they had a particular item in store, turned away at the door with an unhelpful and judgemental "I dont think so, sorry". Looked online and it says the item is in stock, available for click and collect? Was ready to make a purchase but another jewellery shop got my business instead. Disappointing, won't bother with this outlet in future. Not the first time this has happened either.

Bad service, said they were too busy to serve me and one staff member was eating soup on top of a jewellery counter. Overall a shocking experience

I bought my daughter a bracelet from here for her 18th bday, it broke. Took it back with one day left on the warranty to be told it had to be sent away to her eastern states for repairs, months go by and no one bothered to contact me. Finally someone did and they wanted $400 to repair it, more than what I paid. So I declined and when I went to pick it up it’s totally broken half. Will never shop there again

Very annoying being followed around the shop, I told staff I was just looking and if I needed help I would ask. I have bought jewelry on several occasions at different Michael Hill shops, but Sylvia Park was terrible.

They had an enormous amount of Pendants to look at. Most other stores were light on quality and quantity.

I can NOT NOT NOT thank Tiesh (Michael Hills, Mandurah Forum) enough for her outstanding service today! She literally made my experience so gorgeous today when she helped me to get a Diamond Ring from her store. She has an impeccable knowledge and she knows everything about the products. Both me and my husband left the store with a huge smile and we also got a sweet little Christmas gift from them.
All in all, Tiesh and Angie thank you for making our day so bright and beautiful!
And also a little thanks to my husband too for the gorgeous ring!

Nice jewellery. The only place i could find that has silver and gold post earings. You can then buy pandora type charms and put them on the posts, change them around regularly with your charms. The gold is 10k too.
