Absolutely disgusted at the level of service
I have an appointment booked and confirmed and then to go in and be told they don't have an appointment for me and can't fit me in til later
I booked an appointment at a certain time as that is the time I required
Tried explaining this to woman at desk to then be asked why I'm being so rude when all I did was explain the situation
I have never been treated so poorly by a business
I run my own business and this is extremely bad form

This is my first experience with Mewish brow and beauty. I got threading and my makeup done by Jas and Mewish. They are very creative and amazing people. Highly recommended for both makeup and threading.

Jasmine did an amazing job on my eyebrows and is a very confident beautician. She has made good suggestions of treatments I may want to get done, she has now done two brazillian waxes and I am very happy with the results and would highly reccomend!

First time experience and just loved it, everything smelt nice and she was clean and efficient.

Staff are friendly, but I was very disappointed at being sold products unsuitable for my skin even after specifying that I have sensitive skin.

Had my Brazilian done here by Sandy. Best Brazilian ever! She did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable and at ease.

I just had done my eyebrows at forestfield by Laila.overly trimmed uneven when i said i am not happy with eyebrows instead of sorry she reacted bad in front of other clients and my child her behaviours is not acceptable in front of others and it humiliated me.she has no customer service skills she need be know professionally response if some thing went wrong. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.i hope boss teach some manners to LALIA.i had very horrible experience.

Great personal care given by Shelley who does a fantastic job and takes the time to listen and offer individual advice. Would highly recommend this salon, we are lucky to have it here!

I made an appointment for sat morning for 10.30am i go there only to be told come back at 11.00. So come back in half an hour tells.me.she has just taken a client in.
Two things here why make an appointment no message no phone call.
I won't be going back.
