Been seeing Dr Gary for many years, my favourite chiro. Metta is a beautiful space, my kids are kept entertained with the play room/puzzles during my appointment. Highly recommend.

They are the best chiropractors I’ve ever tried. I almost gave up my constant back pain. They did comprehensive tests and pointed what I can do to improve. The pain is there and I know it is not going to go away, however at least I now know how I can deal with the pain. The free workshops also helped to realise how I can change my body, posture and lifestyle to improve the health.

Having never been a fan of chiropractic treatment in the past, I was somewhat sceptical. However the care I've received from the Metta team has been absolutely phenomenal. I originally took my daughter to see Gary for reflux issues and he was amazing! Now, I see him on a regular basis for myself and My 6yo son sees Stef to help with emotional regulation and they have both worked wonders for my family. They are very passionate not only about chiropractic's but also about incorporating your whole well being into your experience.

There are so many extra details in your visit and my favourite by far is the room for the kids to hang out and the relaxation room. They are very family orientated and I love it.

Metta is an amazing practice. The technology used to assess and treat is very advanced and nothing I have seen before. The reception team are also amazing, very welcoming and accomodating. I see Dr. Andrew, he is great at explaining what he is assessing and why he is using certain techniques.
