Expect cracks not just on cornices, on the slab, on the wall, below cornices and they’ll convince you it’s normal.

Update: Contacted Metrostyle via email with house number as they suggested - no response. Meanwhile another photo of a crack that’s definitely not a cornice crack added below. You be the judge.

I can not fault the amazing service and expertise of both Charmaine and Sam. They were both a pleasure to work alongside during the building process. Any query, question or concern was addressed quickly and with ease. I would highly recommend them and the company based on my experience.

Excellent experience building my house through them. Charmaine, my New Home Administrator, was fabulous to work with. House was finished with incredible attention to detail thanks to Aaron my site supervisor. I am most impressed with the high quality of the build throughout the house, especially in the areas most people would not notice - lintels over all the windows, high quality plumbing fittings, cabinetry on brinks rather than wood, etc. I keep finding excellence where most builders would cut corners. Thank you!

Worst building experience ever. Avoid at all costs, there are better options out there. Minimal communication during the whole process. All they do is sub contract trades who don't communicate with each other. I had that many mistakes made due to lack of communication it was unbelievable. Unorganised company. Lack of transparency. Premium price for an average product.
