I went to the shop and tried the best scooters. They were great. The highlight was the electric bed that contoured into zero gravity shape.very comfortable. If you are finding hard to move get into the shop and find the solution. I found out they are UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. Go in and, see them.

This business has faulty reachers and the owner is so rude. My friend had 2 and when they both broke was asked if she was picking up rocks after a hip replacement. How rude!

Great service, would not go anywhere else for my mobility equipment. Laurie and Ryan are so understanding and that the time that I need, no pushing to get you in and out, just so they get a sale, and also NDIS approved. I highly recommend them. Thanks again guys, and keep up the good work

Awful owner. Didn't point out fine print about restocking fee. Assured me I can bring products back for full refund but when I did, he intimidated me with business laws and even asked his staff to be a witness of what i said. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Came here looking to purchase a mobility scooter for my elderly mother. First impressions not good: you would hope for an wide automatic sensor door at a place like this, but only a single sized door which was quite hard to open and no assistance given while we battled with it (not a good start!) Male manager was knowlegable but quite grumpy and short with us. Decided not to purchase due to this and prices also seemed very high.

Hired scooter for 6 weeks after operation. Near new condition no faults.they did drop off and pick up.use again if needed.

Had a very good experience, took my mother in to look at a new walking frame, she got a free one from the hospital. The guy that served us was very helpful and polite. In the end we brought nothing as he showed us how mums was already fine and we did not need a different one for her. Now I have just ordered her some shower assist stuff and will drive up from Rockingham because of his honesty.

Worst Retail Experience in a Long Time. I purchased a wheel chair at this store in November, and parts of it kept falling off, which meant it couldn't be used. I took it back, in February to see what could be done. Although they had no other customers, they would not even look at it. I had travelled 120km to get there and was told I would have to leave it and I couldn't expect to have it looked at straight away. I was also told that they had sold 100's of these chairs with no problems. Well I didn't need to know that. What I need to know was why my chair had done it. The owner of the Store, was so Rude I picked up the bits that kept falling off the chair and the chair and went home, with a $895 Wheel Chair that could not be used. I remember when we purchased the Chair the same person complained about not enough business and people buying equipment online. Well I can see why.
