Mesmerised Hair Boutique

My first time at Mesmerised last week was great!
I booked in with Emily who coloured my hair, such nice and professional service from both Marisa and Emily, I left the salon loving my hair and was satisfied with my experience overall!
Will happily recommend Mesmerised hair salon and looking forward to my next appointment, thanks Ladies!:)

Got my haircut and everything was fine. Went home and found that it was uneven and cut poorly. I phoned 3 times and couldn't get through so I decided to go in. Luckily, I was told to come back in an hour so someone else could fix it. NOT ONCE did I receive an apology for my wasted time or poor haircut. It has been fixed, however, I am still unhappy about the entire experience.

I have trust issues with hairdressers and Amber and the ladies at mesmerised were lovely and very accommodating.

Hayley is the best, she always listens to my requests and I walk out feeling like a new person every time! Also love listening to their music playlist, time flies when I'm there:)

Booked my first appointment two weeks ago for tomorrow morning. Just received call at 4pm to say they can't fit me in and maybe they can do next week? Came highly recommended but can't say that's the best first impression.
