12My chemist for 12 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. All staff are so helpful and nice. Nothing is to much for them and they even do home deliveries of my medication when I can't make it to the pharmacy. Keep smiling lovely people

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and have been welcomed with a smile and great customer service every time but this evening I was served by a lady from the news agency section who was so incredibly rude. I understand it’s the end of the day, we all get tired and have things going on in our life but after speaking to my relatives they also stated that that particular lady is moody and has been rude to them so I know this isn’t a once off. All I’m saying is that a smile goes a long way:)
Overall I think this pharmacy is great and so are the other staff! Maybe the lady needs a career change if she isn’t happy doing what she is doing?
Went to this pharmacy to have legal documents witnessed yesterday.
Both the pharmacist and the young lady behind the counter were very kind and willing to assist.
Their compassion and help with the documents is greatly appreciated.

I prefer this chemist as they are always quick to process my script, informative if it's a new medication, and often not busy.

I went into my local pharmacy today (Merriwa) and was served by a new lady, who had been working only for a few weeks. She such such great, personalised customer service, I appreciated it so much. She really took the time and effort to make sure I got the right product for me and helped me so much.

Could not believe the price of my medication from here, it was 3 times the price compared to chemist wearhouse
Merriwa Pharmacy has exceptionally friendly and professionally staff. Always ready with advice and assistance when needed. I pre order my medication by phone then pick them up at my convenience and have never had a problem with my scripts. I also have my scripts faxed from my healthcare providers then the originals mailed to them directly. I am always informed on when my repeats are running low to give me time to arrange new ones. Very happy with the service.
