Dear Merrell,
Thanks for replying. Only fault with shoes sold to me in Merrell shop/store is shoes are obviously the wrong size for me. Today I spent same amount on replacement shoes at The Athletes Foot who said I have 30 days to make sure they are right fit. If shoes don't fit right I can exchange them at The Athletes Foot within 30 days. Just reinforces that I made wrong decision to walk into the Merryll shop/store. So.

Never shopping at Merrell again. Had particularly bad experience after purchasing $280 pair of hiking shoes on 20/Oct/2023. The next day went for a 14km hike. First 5km was ok going mostly uphill or on level ground. The next 9 km was pure agony because my toes were getting jammed into front of shoe. Eventually I got home after dark. Took shoes back to the store 22/Oct/2023 hoping to at least get an exchange for a more suitable shoe but was virtually told, ‘Too bad, no exchange, no refund, no negotiation’. All I can do now is throw these $280 shoes in the bin. There is no value in me ever setting foot again into a Merrell store.

Love this brand. Makes my foot feeling very comfortable. Can walk in this shoes forever without getting tired.

I tried few pairs until I found what I liked and the shop assistant was amazing. Patiently he served me and another person in the same time and kept bringing us our sizes. He was also very knowledgeable to advise on the best boots or shoes for climbing or other activities. It was a pleasure to shop there.

Staff here are awesome. My wife has plantar fasciitis and had really great service from the guy with a man bun and beard. He was chill, super patient and knowledgable about the shoe line. She ended up buying her first pair of Merrell's.

Purchased a set of Hydro moc shoes online and they were packed well and delivered quickly. The shoes themselves are an experience in themselves, feels like walking barefoot but upon clouds. Love the shoes and will be getting another pair in a different colour:)

Purchased all vegan Merrells on Sunday and the staff were all super helpful and accommodating. Genuine people working at this store who know their products and passionate about hiking

Staff here have been the most absolute fantastic! Very friendly and helpful - the total great service package.range and selection here looks pretty well stocked, and the prices are pretty good for a factory outlet.

Cheap price, good quality shoes and friendly service. I bought two pairs of shoes around 12 noon, two staffs were nice and helpful.

Jackson was a great help! Friendly and efficient, was helping several people at once but I still felt very cared for and he helped me find the perfect shoes!

We were in the store for about an hour. Rachel knows her stuff! Hubby is stoked with his new 'runners', even though we came in for safety shoes. We won't shop anywhere else for his Merrell's now. Quality gear and quality service.

Make sure you know what shoe you want before coming here. The staff don't really know anything about the technical aspects of shoes.
