MercyCare Early Learning Centre Kelmscott

My son has been going here for nearly a year, and he absolutely LOVES it. It's an absolute breath of fresh air to have the easiest drop-offs and be in complete trust and be relaxed knowing my little boy is being looked after so well and cared for.

All the staff are gorgeous and the Manager is personable, approachable and a genuinely brilliant person.

I have gone back to work full-time and I have been stressed and guilt-ridden about it, but having my son at Mercycare Kelmscott makes it SO much better, because he loves it.

They do so many play-based activities, get fed so well and they teach Aboriginal culture which I adore. I get updates throughout the day that help the pangs of missing him. I cannot recommend this daycare enough!

My daughter loves her daycare days.staff are like family! They always go that extra mile to make the kiddies comfortable. Great food choices and its plentiful throughout the day.

My daughter and son both started at MercyCare Kelmscott Early Learning Centre last year and a bit. She is now 5 and he is almost 2 and both of them look forward to their selected days and after school care Each of the educators are great with the kids and care about their learning and interests. We couldn't be happier - and it makes the day to day routines so much easier for both the kids, and the parents! But also they understand if a child is different to other children so they help in anyways possible to make it easier for the child and educators!

I was very nervous sending my youngest to daycare at 18 months old, in the midst of the drama of 2020 and covid. I had never sent my older children to daycare so when I heard via word of mouth Mercy Care Kelmscott would be wonderful for him we decided to place him there. The staff are wonderful and caring, they take time to have a chat about any concerns or even just to share a cute story from the day. Communication is excellent via the Xplor app and email as well. My son has thrived in the last two years attending MercyCare ELC. He has speech delays and other developmental conditions and I have felt nothing but support for him. It really is a wonderful facility with very high standards for care and cleanliness where you know your child will be lovingly looked after

Staff are amazing and very helpful and caring, my boys both have special needs, staff go above and beyond to care for all children’s needs. Highly recommended.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and caring. Had both my children come here and could highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for everything you have done especially with Harper. She will definitely miss coming here.

My daughter only goes once a week but the staff are amazing, at the beginning my daughter wouldn’t walk in I had to carry but now she is excited to get there and always tells me “that’s my daycare mum” it has taken a while for me to find one she likes! But this is definitely the one!

We have had our child in this daycare since she was 6 months old, she is now almost ready to venture off to kindergarten. So the past 3 and half years have been amazing with the team at Mercy care. With the time she was 1st put In the baby's room the caregivers look after and out for our little one as if it was their own, keeping a close eye on there sleeping times and feeding patterns. They were very informative about how our babe was acting and behaving in class and letting us know were to work on and Encouraging us we are doing a good job as 1st time parents.
As time ticked along and our child grew they were introduced to the toddlers room, were from age 2 the staff helped our child develop toilet training, hygiene skills and the development skills to help grow. They still informed us on a day to day basis how our child was growing and were to help them grow.
So by the time they got to the kindy class at age 3 they were confident at going to the toilet by them selfs.
She is now in kindy room and we are still happy haveing her at mercycare she is learning so much and the educators are doing a great job.

Out of all the child care centres I have used over the years this would have to be one of the best.

The staff are always kind and helpful. My daughter loves them.

The facility is kept clean and tidy and there often seems to be upgrades to keep things modern.

I have noticed the staff put a good amount of effort into changing the play areas around regularly and making up new activities to keep the kids stimulated.

They even have pets and have had a chicken hatchery so the kids can watch the baby chicks hatch.

I have just recently enrolled my daughter into Mercycare, I choose Mercycare because they are a well known centre in the area and I know some of the Careers from my children’s school over the years. She had her orientation today and thoroughly enjoyed herself. Highly recommend this centre
