MercyCare Early Learning Centre Ellenbrook

Such amazing staff from reception to room educators to centre manager.
Keeping my lil one happy all day and us happy with baby's updates.

We have 2 attending (3.5 and 1.5 yo). They both love going. I've been a little bit of high maintenance with increasing hours and Danielle and Renae have always been great with getting back to me promptly.

I never expected anything close to the level of love and care these ladies give to my twin boys. I can’t thank them enough, my boys are genuinely excited to go to daycare every day and are completely smitten with their educators.

5 stars isn’t enough!

Danielle and her team are wonderful with the care they provide to each and every child. Mercycare in ellenbrook is a fresh and new center based with nature play equipment which helps the children explore and create their own adventures. They provide nutritious food that is prepared on site a daily. My son has been there for 8 months now and has developed so much under their care. He loves going to see his friends!
I would recommend going and having a look if you are needing child care.

An amazing daycare. For us, this has been the best daycare in the area after having tried three others. The staff are attentive and caring and run lots of interesting activities for the kids. The manager, Danielle, always responds quickly to our enquiries and is very helpful. My children are always happy after their day at MercyCare Ellenbrook, they have lots fun and are well fed too!

An amazing childcare centre! All staff are lovely and have great communication. Always have cool activities for the children, would highly recommend!

Mercy care has been a blessing to us! Whenever we run into trouble or have an issue it is always addressed and looked into and the level of care for children who need the extra help is very good quality. My son always comes home with a smile on hos face and he is never neglected. Thank you mercy care.

All the staff are unbelievably welcoming and loving to my son! For my 2 year old son to walk in the centre and run away to play and yell from the other side of the playground "BYE MUM! " shows me that even when i'm not there his the happiest little vegemite. His learnt to settle down for naps, how to listen and take instructions as well as being able to concentrate on tasks and speak clearly. All these ladies are wonderful! I cannot thank them enough for what they do

Unfortunately giving it a 1/5 rating because when I came here to apply for my child a few months ago, the coordinator there I think her name was Jasinta she was a bit fat and had brown hair, she was rude and didn’t care for my concerns she was using her phone and said she was busy so this discouraged me from applying here.

Unfortunately I have to use this forum to voice my opinion. Danielle the Manager would always take a long time to respond to my emails and when I would call she was always in a “meeting” and clearly she was present in her front office. Other parents have also expressed their concern with her attitude, lucky for you they have not yet left due to location and some of the teachers are good. Use this to change how you are and how you respond. I also witnessed you rolling your eyes and giving a hard time to who I believe is the chef. I just hope you make changes and I am glad my family is settled at our new centre.

Our son started with Mercy Care Ellenbrook in the Little Geckos room and has transitioned all the way through to the Kindy Kangaroo room. We have loved every stage and have found the programs and lesson plans have kept him engaged and challenged. The staff are all caring, trustworthy and go the extra mile. It will be bittersweet when it is time to leave for ''big'' school.

Great childcare service always keeps my son happy and amused his learned alot here at the service.
They are Also reliable and flexible to can add extra days usually if needed and it's never a problem which is great for us thanks mercycare ellenbrook

Incredible Daycare! My son loves going here. All of the staff are so caring, they always have amazing activities planned and they go the extra mile to plan things that are of direct interest to the individual kids. I feel so comfortable leaving my son here knowing he is in good hands and that all the staff will take amazing care of him.

I'm so glad we picked this daycare for our 2 yr old son. Staff have been fantastic at transitioning him into their care and I love how they send updates and photos via their app. Highly recommend!

Daughter just started last week she seems really love it there and such lovely people.you know they will look after your child very well and can tell they all got good heart and you know your kid will leave that place with happy smile and best place take your kids too.

Such friendly staff and great communication! My kids love it at mercycare and I feel confident everyday when they are there:)

My grandson that I care for loves going to daycare here while I'm at work. The ladies are amazing, they're very attentive with the babies and toddlers and look like they actually enjoy there jobs.
