Disclosure: was only a brief encounter but a real one nonetheless - Had to do a house-call to collect a resident's cat to take into our cat boarding. Was very impressed with the facility and the very friendly and helpful staff!

Trainees go there to learn before they are qualified to work in nursing homes and they are treated terribly.not told or shown what to do properly and if they do something wrong they just get thrown out of the place rather than calmly told how to do it or what they should of done.
Homes need more aged care staff and if students are treated this way no one will want to go into this field.
