Step Up Step Down offers services that enables people with mental health problems the ability to help themselves. With units on site, people can stay for 28 days and work on their wellbeing, their mental health and their outside lives. They will set obtainable goals for themselves and be supported around the clock by all the awesome staff. I couldn't recommend a better place.
