36Extremely poor level of service. Patients are not treated professionally and it is very disappointing the waiting and response time.
Had made a phone appointment for 12: 10. It is now 4pm and still no phone call.
Had called twice to follow up - first phone was that the doctor was going to call me on her lunch break, second phone call just rang out.
Whats the point of an appointment?
I had booked in for an appointment with Dr Wendy Yeo at 2.10 pm and I didn’t get in until 3pm. I understand it is a medical centre and they do have priorities but perhaps a phone call to reschedule or warning about wait times would be an idea.
Dr Ee is very helpful and I would recommend her as a GP for anyone in the area. Receptionist is horrible, inconsiderate and with a touch of racist undertones. But that's just the vibe we have gotten over the years of going there with our family.
Any appointments past noon takes an hour or more even whenever I was the only one waiting? Incredible honestly.
Bad management I have to wait 1 hour and 20 min for my appointment where I went 10 min early and apparently 2 more patient waiting ahead and they have not shown up and this is not the first time I have to go through this.
HOPELESS STAFF GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!
Very rude reception and administration team, never run to time and want to charge $44 to email my medical records to another GP clinic.
Never ever again will I go to this practice. All I wanted was a phone consult (couldn't come in as I got covid. The receptionist older lady was so rude. Didn't believe anything I was saying. Wanted proof that I have covid.when I told her wa health department says not to share. She got abrupt. So rude.how can I come in? Not sympathetic at all. I go elsewhere.
I had an appointment today at 12pm.
Arrived at 11.55am and start my appointment at 12.45pm.
I was waiting 50 minutes!
Unacceptable, I cannot believe that the person before had 2 hours appointment.
By the way I was the only one inside the place waiting for the doctor appointment.
All the other people were there for the booster or Covid test.
You guys are not gonna see me there anymore.

Really bad customer service the doctor didn't even want to chat about my questions. I don't care about prices but 80$ for a 45 sec chat is ridiculous and I have no idea how they have 5 stars. I'd actually give half a star if I could
Let my fiancee leave with dangerously low iron levels after wasting our afternoon and not informing us of how behind schedule they were. When we called to request an immediate rescheduling and to complain that their inaction was negligent the receptionist laughed at me. You should be ashamed, that is disgusting behaviour.
My family has been using this GP since we moved from West Perth. The doctors are as OK as everywhere else but they do not come on time for appointments. We have been waiting 30-40 min every single time.sometimes even longer. My last visit I waited 46 min. Wasting other people’s time is very unprofessional, we all have other things to do. It can happen to everyone to be late but when it happens every single time then that is just completely disrespectful.

Highly recommend Mends Street Practice. I’ve been a patient of Dr Wendy Yeo for many years now and they’ve always looked after me. The booking system is always accurate and waiting times are much better than other practices. Friendly and attentive front and back staff.
Great Family Practise. Friendly staff, exceptional doctors and the in-house nurse was just gorgeous too. Couldn't ask for better service and most nurturing care. Thank you to all for the exceptional care I received when I was there. Very impressed!

My Dr Wendy Yeo is so kind and genuinely caring I am so happy to have found a doctor like her.
The doctors and staff are friendly and professional, however the wait time almost always exceeds 30mins. With 2 young children this can be challenging to navigate.
Highly recommend medical practice where I feel very comfortable and supported whether I am communicating with my GP or the friendly and welcoming medical receptionists.
I've been coming to this medical clinic since 2013, linda in reception very warm and friendly, GPs are verg good, location is excellent.will definitely stay longer with them
