What an amazing experience! The 90 minute Sauna, ice bath and hot tub session was perfect and felt amazing all day afterwards. Thanks to the lovely Paige for talking me through the ice bath and making us all feel comfortable. Can’t wait until my next session.

My family of 4 experienced a private 80 minute sauna, ice bath and plunge spa combo which I was given as a gift card. What a fabulous experience and wonderful gift. Staff were also welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended and would love to return.

MEND is perfection. The space itself is stunning, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the amenities are clearly top notch. The infrared sauna is a great experience if you want some privacy (you can even link up your phone to listen to music/podcasts), and the sauna/ice bath/hot plunge session balances relaxation and rejuvenation. Can't wait to come back to try the massage!

Had a session with my wife today and it was amazing. Cold plunge shower, sauna, ice bath, mineral spa 3 times over. Staff were great, premises were amazing. So good to have something like this in Margs. We will make this a monthly reset for sure.

Loved my recent session at Mend, the staff are great and the space had a calm, boutique feel. The sauna and ice plunge were excellent, as was the magnesium spa. Highly recommend and I’ll be booking in again the next time I’m in town.

Just Had my first session at Mend. Really enjoyed my time here. Loved how it all just flows from the moment you walk in. From the warm friendly staff that guided me through this experience and to how it made me feel.

5 star set up! Extremely clean and amazing staff. I Visited mend with a group of 6 friends for a 80 min session. We rotated between the sauna, ice bath and magnesium bath with ease, plenty of room to facilitate us all. The owners have created an amazing space that feels safe, warm and relaxing. Also, cannot forget to mention the tea, still and sparkling water that they offer on tap that you can use at your pleasure. After the 80 minutes we all walked out feeling on top of the world. I will definitely be returning as well as recommending to all friends and family living and visiting the area.

I had the most wonderful massage at Mend today I would have to say it’s one of the best if not the best I had I felt great after Sammy definitely knew her craft and the oils she uses where beautiful and uplifting can’t wait to go again. Thank You
