Mekan Chargrill & Kebabs

I have been here a few times as the food is always very tasty, freshly cooked and they have big servings. I tried the lamb shank, the chicken, the shish kebabs and the ribs. I try different ones each visit and every time they never fail to impress. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The best Lamb Shank with rice served with extras salad and soup. Great customer service and service was fast. I also recommend for everyone to try their Ribs and Chicken Meals simply the best meals you can have. Generous serving.

The food was amazing but the customer service was even better i went to the gym
and was late for my usual weekend meatbox i went here and he greeted me with warm welcome
and was super kind, he was by himself although he made all the customers happy and was working very hard too 100% recommend don’t listen to the other bozos with bad reviews

Truly one of the best kebabs I’ve ever had. They make their own bread and the freshness and flavour is unbelievable. Highly recommend!

My usual go to place down the road was closed so ended up here…… lesson on patience learned!

Hands down worse kebab in Perth,
Barely any filling and bread was crunchy don't waste your money.

Good food, but when it comes to ordering the workers sounds like he hates working, and didn’t get my order right and this has happen 3x now maybe being nice and understanding what the customers ask for would be better, great food just Customer service is appalling.

Can either be best kebab in Perth or a dry overcooked underfilled mess, definitely a different in standard of food depending on who serves you, shame really as have had some great feeds from here, the standard difference is enough to make me not go in if I see a certain employee working.

Worst hygiene he used a receipt holder to clear out the sauce bottle clog. Very bad customer service.

One of the worse restaurant in the town whatever photos of the food on the menu doesn’t looks like that. Cold food we asked for whole chicken we got it in breast chicken with no salt No masala just chicken by itself boiled in oil. DO NOT GO TO THIS restaurant one of the worse food ever.

Our order placed via Menulog, arrived 25 minutes late, cold and missing our kebab. It had 2 out of 3 items which weren't in a very edible condition - freezing cold chips and a lukewarm soggy meat box.

We've called the restaurant and they confirmed they put all the items in the bag and we had to contact Menulog for a refund. They couldn't help us. No offer to send us food.
As we're in isolation we couldn't go out! They told us to contact Menulog.

Conveniently the driver lost GPS signal after leaving the restaurant, perhaps while eating our food. We are very annoyed and frustrated about this as we are very hungry.

We are in isolation and are not allowed to leave so this leaves it very bitter.

Very angry with this bad service.

Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered a vegetarian kebab on uber a few weeks ago and it was laced with small bits of meat.disgusting! Obviously done on purpose

Didn't follow instructions and kebab was absolutely disgusting! Everything too salty as well, specially the chips! Not worth the price

We ordered a Shish meal which says it is freshly cooked on charkol. However it was just made for us on a hot plate (not charkol). The photo on the menu also shows a dip (like homus) but there was no dip in the given dish!

Overall did not meet the expectation from the menu photo

Staff was TOUCHING, CLEANING HIS TEETH WITH HIS BARE FINGERS, THEN DIRECTLY TOUCHING THE PAPER WRAPS FOR KEBABS WITHOUT EVEN WASHING THE HANDS. DISGUSTING. Plus the pricings are a big rip off. Make sure you check the pricings before paying. Dishonest shop deserves to be socially punished.

2 stars for bad customer service. What's with the guy (Sunday night, 11 Sept). I can forgive the absence of smile eventhough I did smile to him, but what's with the death stare, man?
Kebab is not bad but some smiley faces might help a bit. I won't be back unless I really really have to. Plenty of other kebabs places around.

One of the best kebab shops I came across. The guys working here are professional as well as friendly. I have picked so many items from this restaurant and it’s damn delicious. I hope they continue to do so.
