I had to cancel an appointment at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances that were out of my control.
I apologised to the receptionist for the inconvenience. Was issued a $50 late fee which is standard procedure…. Understandable

However the young receptions demeanour was very unprofessional & condescending. Some staff members require more customer service training

Otherwise it’s a great practice clean & new, very helpful doctors:)

Clinic itself looks fairly modern, clean and in an easily accessible location.
Receptionist was brusque and very busy.
I saw Dr May Maung, my experience was just ok, but I felt she could have responded more gently to my enquiry seeking basic information or clarification. I probably would not return here again due to this. I would recommend Nollamara Medical Centre for the very kind nurse and patient knowledgeable doctors there.

The doctors and all the staff here are amazing, Dr Perry Lee and Dr Ken Law are great, the receptionists are kind and bubbly (especially Liz who is my favourite), the Clinical Labs staff are great (especially Tania). I've been coming to MedOne Medical Centre for years and I've always been satisfied with their medical care and support, keep up the great work MedOne team:)

I have had good customer experience in my past visits but today I had an unpleasant visit. A receptionist who identified herself as Sally had a very abrasive approach and zero customer service!

I have seen Dr Rebecca Lee and Ken law, i have had good experiences with them both. A big downfall is the older receptionist (blonde hair, tattoos on arms) she has shown she does not have care for the patients and can be quite rude. I have not come across a receptionist as unprofessional as her. What made me decide to wright this review is her not being able to print off something I needed for my work (possible termination if not handed in), apparently an error came up and she didn't even try to resolve it, bluntly told me to come in the next day.

Receptionists are very hostile. They have an attitude and lack basic manner and become defensive when asking any sort of questions. I wonder why they are so cruel to the sick.
For example, I did not know we required masks to enter the building but the receptionist shooed me off to get a mask, which is understandable. However, when entering the building, there was a box of masks at the receptionist's table and when I asked her why she couldn't just handed me a mask, she couldn't answer.

HOWEVER,

Dr May Maung is the saving grace of this medical centre - she is very understanding, empathic and thorough with her diagnosis. She is fair and kind. She listens to all of your concerns and give you 100% focus. I recommend her to everyone as she is amazing at what she does.

Will only be coming back for Dr May as she is a fantastic doctor!

I usually c ken law and am more than happy with his service, always on time professional, but today had 2.30 appt to c dr hien kwat, sat there while he buggered around, at 2.50 seeing Dr Perry standing doing nothing so I approached him but even though he was doing nothing couldn't be bothered so at 2.53 I left, Pathetic just an update to my last post, I eventually the next day saw Dr maung at clinic and she sent me straight to joondalup emergency, where I spent 5 1/2 hrs, I wonder if Dr Perry had seen me that day instead of being inlunch laughing and joking with nurses I wouldn't have need to go, plus infection for my UTI wouldn't have got any worse, I was told u booked with 1 doc we can't change to another so it's not about ur health it's about money.i would recommend him to treat my dog

In line with your most recent reviews, the customer service at this place is disgraceful. From not being greeted by the three receptionists as you walk in, to being served with an attitude, no smile and no real emotion whatsoever to then lastly dealing with the manager upon leaving. She is the last person who should be the point of contact for customer enquiries. Her people skills are non existent and as a manager should have much better conflict resolution. This practice even in an emergency will never have my business again and I will ensure nobody else attends this practice and receives this treatment. Would not recommend.

Friendly doctor. However, you have to pay for seeing a GP, they wouldn't tell you till you have seen the doctor already!

I've been a patient at MedOne Medical Centre for the last 6 months. My Doctor was Dr Ken Law.

Many times I went to see the Doctor feeling very upset due to my health condition that is impacting on the quality of my life. The Doctor never diagnosed me, never prescribed any medication and never explained what the symptoms are or how to manage them. His appointments are very short and he has been late multiple times.

The Doctor provides medical referrals for imaging tests but never requests to discuss the results with me. At my last appointment he has issued a referral for me to see a specialist. However, the specialist advised they cannot see me. I no longer wish to return to this clinic. Based on my experience, there appears to be significant lack of medical knowledge displayed by the medical professional as well as lack of interest in helping the sick.

The Medical Centre allows all of their staff to have access to my private medical files. I emailed them requesting an explanation on this. One month later I received no response.

The older receptionist has an attitude and lacks basic manners. When you are having health difficulties you don't need to deal with this.

My health has deteriorated over the last few months and I have received no treatment from the Doctor. I therefore do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I've Recently Changed Medical Centre's.
I Have seen Dr Lee, Dr Law,
My experience with the Doctors, Nurses, Practice Manager and the Reception Staff was of the highest standard.
Well Done Medone Keep up the Great Work.

Love Dr Bacon, have been going to her for years and she is wonderful.

But the older receptionist at this place leaves a lot to be desired.

Rang on Thursday afternoon after not receiving a copy of my blood test results and told her I have surgery the following morning and need a copy Dr Bacon had told me if I didn't get them on time that I could ring and get a copy. So I ring, explain all this and was told no sorry I cant help you. You have to speak to the nurse who isn't here and all the Dr's are booked.

Thanks a lot MedOne. I wish the old receptionists were back there, least they would help you.

Have been a patient since 2018 after moving from Ireland. The level of knowledge and care far surpasses that of any other GP I've been to since moving here. Even after moving to Haynes I still travel to here to my regular consultant Dr. Perry Lee who is a gentleman with a genuine passion for his work. Highly recommend MedOne.

I have been seeing Dr Cathy Bacon for about 28 years now and I travel from wherever I am living in Perth to see her. (even when I lived in Armadale and Bakers Hill). And while most times I have to wait anywhere from half an hour to an hr, I wouldn't go anywhere else. This is a great surgery, recently been renovated, and looks lovely.
Dr John Chong who has recently started at this surgery is an excellent dr also. He was my family GP many many years ago before I started seeing Dr Bacon, so I was both surprised and happy to see him there.
(I only stopped seeing Dr Chong because he moved and I didn't know where he had gone to).

My self and my 2 toddler boys 2 & 4 see Dr Majid he is extremely caring and knowledgeable with children and with myself excellent reception service and new interior it’s so clean! Very happy

My appointment was 11.40am and I saw doctor at 1.40pm. Staff need to notify clients when doctors are running so far behind time so we can arrive at a later time.
