Just dropped into Medicar at Bibra Lake with a problem relating to my GME CB aerial. Sebastian could not have been more courteous and helpful solving my issue promptly. Could not recommend Sebastian and Medicar Bibra Lake more highly.

During a recent trip to the Pilbara we noticed a leak from our long range diesel tank (after many hundreds of kms of dirt and corrugations) and contacted Medicare as soon as we had phone access. Margaret, Sebastian and the team were awesome and went above and beyond to get the tank removed, repaired and reinstalled as soon as we got back to Perth following some field repairs. Fantastic service and would highly recommend for anything 4x4.

Waited 20mins to drop the car off, then came at 4: 30 for the pick up as they said.

Car had not even been started. They said another 30mins “we need to do a few more things”
But they had not even looked at the car yet.
I saw it still parked and they had to drive it inside to start working on it.

Watched them do it in about 20-25mins. Just changed the oil and wiped down interior, checked the indicators.
“Log book service” $350.00

I’ll be looking elsewhere for some honest good mechanics but it’s hard to find honesty anywhere these days.

My friend had a terrible $2000 experience here too with no honesty or responsibility when issues occurred straight after a service was done.

I’d skip these guys.

A couple months later here but the team did a great job and I recommend their services to everyone. Very accomodating to a last minute addition to my order and made it happen with no delays to the original scheduled time. A change in supply at no fault to the team meant an amendment of the original quote which brought the price down - I was informed of this and paid the lower price, very honest business as I would have been none the wiser.

The team upgraded the switches on my spotties give the interior that factory look, great attention to detail.

But hard to get through on the phone at times, but picked up important things my two previous mechanics missed! Sticking with Medicar!

Had my snorkel supplied and fitted by the team at medicar and couldn't be happy with the result. As a mechanic whos been in the trade for 20 odd years i was hesitant to have work done on my own vehicle but brilliant workmanship and friendly staff eased any of my concerns. Would definitely recommend them for all your 4WD servicing and modifications.

Good service from the team. George and family are amazing and it's nice to have a local family owned and operated place. Taken everything from a run-around car to the fourby for service and repairs. Always get honest advice and upfront about costs. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my Patrol.

Best 4Wd and other Mechanics you could take your car to! George and Margaret is lovely to deal with, they done a lift kit on my Patrol and will be doing another one/swap in my other. My friends all visit them after recommending them and they all couldn't be happier!

Wow. Amazing service. It's all about the service. The towbar install was also done professionally and they managed to get it done in my free window for the day. Can't recommend this company enough. Also sell quality products.

Great service as always and very professional and courteous despite being short staffed and flat out. Upgraded intercooler and installed trans cooler with remap. Just back from 12000k Qld trip and car did not miss a beat.

Where do I start. These guys were great. On the phone, friendly and to the point. They rang back! In store, they were busy, and the lady knew how to handle a crowd. The result? Great! They said YES when other businesses said NO. Sick of ARB? Kings? Pfft. Get to Medicar.

Had a load lid and recovery points fitted. From the qoting process via email (i live nearly 2000km away) very pleasant to deal with, very professiinal, and to top it off, ute was cleaner than it was when i.dropped it off! Definitely recommend

Worst customer service I've ever experienced very poor communication skills and wouldn't give me a refund on a product that they ordered wrong would definitely avoid this place and never come back
