9 WORST HEALTH INSURANCE!
I've encountered significant challenges when it comes to actually making claims for the services covered by my policy. Despite paying fortnightly premiums, my family and I have found it frustratingly difficult to successfully claim for necessary medical expenses. The process has not been as seamless as we had hoped.
AND.
WHAT IS THE POINT OF PAYING $171.95 FORTNIGHTLY IF YOU CANNOT USE IT!
I went into the store to change my health insurance cover. I was helped by Karen- she is an absolute gem to deal with. Very helpful and informative, very friendly and was able to help me with everything I needed to do. She informed me on the Live Better rewards and on features of the Medibank app that I wasn’t aware of. Thanks:)
Staff are completely useless why bother having a physical store if the staff just going to tell you to go online. Guess what I already tried online and waited for hours on hold just for phone staff to not have a good enough connection to even hear me.
I had a terrible experience today. I went around 1.30 pm trying to obtain help regarding my postgraduate health cover. The man who attends me didn’t have any idea about this type of cover and despite this issue he was so rude with me. I was trying to hire my new policy but now after this experience maybe I’m gonna choose another option. Very disappointed.
Staff is not helpful at all. They don't understand what issue you are presenting in front of them.

What a terrible experience. I have been with them for the last year. Paying $150 every month, the first time came here to make a claim. When I entered there was a staff of 3. Despite calling me, two of them went off to have lunch and only one staff left with the client. I am still waiting here for the last 35 minutes and sitting waiting for someone to call me. Sending two people at one time on lunch with having a customer waiting in the store is very unprofessional.
The store has a nice layout. The staff try their best. However really frustrating when they tell you different information than what the call centre consultant tells you.
