14I needed help with setting up the direct debit card for my new policy at Medibank. I was served by the amazing agent "Elizabeth ~ Liz ". Although I've been dealing with this problem for over a week, Liz helped me find various solutions to my problem. She was so professional & friendly. I was coming to the branch with low hopes, but because of Liz, I left with a big SMILE on my face! Thanks to her persistence on finding ways to fix my issue through her team. Thanks very much for the helpful support by Liz & I will always be grateful for her! I highly recommend her at Cannington Caroussel branch.
Awesome customer service by Flora Ting from Medibank Cannington! She was very patient and knowledgeable, answering whatever queries I had with the cover I wished to purchase.
Wait time to long this the 2nd time i have walked away as no time left to wait. No wonder it took so long to find out if my details were leaked in the recent hack. Very poor service.
The most useless customer service of all time.
I have been a member for last 4 years and today, I came to get my health cover extended even though my friend suggested me to go for his service provider.
We waited for 40-minutes for our turn and when it came the lady starting giving extremely useless excuses to avoid providing service with out any consideration of any sort that we waited for 40 minutes or whatsoever while being rude, unprofessional and discriminatory.
I am going to cancel my membership and not going back ever.
So so slow the service. Only 2 staffs available n one of them is under training. Waited for an hr for less then 10mins enquiries.
Walked into the Cannington store to make a claim for a pet insurance and the employee informed us that they don’t do claims and only do sales in store.
Me and my wife was helped by Renee … super friendly helped us in what we needed.best customer service
Went in to get some information regarding their policies and what could be a good fit for myself and my partner.
Hank helped us and was amazing from the start. Explained everything very clearly and was super friendly.
Would highly recommend Hank and the team.
Their app is also fantastic and makes everything super simple and easy!
Just walked out and felt like it couldn’t get any better than that. One of the staff, Renee, was super helpful and friendly. She got everything in place for me in like 3 minutes. Perhaps it is my day today, or simply because of the awesome staff and service.
Updated on 11 May 2021: More bills coming my way so I had to visit MediBank again. This time it was Danny who helped me out. He was extremely supportive and cordial.
The only reason why I keep leaving these reviews was I thought the low ratings may give visitors a not-so-balanced view on this MediBank branch. I first went there after going through all the overwhelmingly negative reviews. I stepped in, preparing for the worst. Just to find out what I experienced was simply great service provided by excellent staff.
From the entrance it's not friendly place. Security at the entrance like alien. No PR, nothing. Some counter staff treating the people not good.

Just want to raise concern regarding bad service provided by many times by staff at Medibank Carousal, Cannington office. Everytime we visit the store to claim the bills, they never did the claim properly. It's been three times now, they missed to put item number and sometimes they didn't put the doctor id on the claim form. Therefore, because of that the bills never got claimed and we have to ring Medibank everytime we visit that store. Then i takes 5-10 days after that phone conversation to get the claim back.
I have a thought, "are they doing it purposely? Mistake everytime? We rang the medibank and filled a complaint as well. If we have to do it everytime over the phone then, what's the point to visit the store. EVEN THIS PARTICULAR STORE DONT DESERVE ONE STAR.

My family lives in the area and we frequent this branch. On our most recent visit, the service was exceptional. Renee served us, and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was helpful in providing us the right information and took the time to clearly explain the different health covers. Absolutely wonderful experience and happy to be a long term client of Medibank Private. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends, and everyone. Thank you for the excellent service!
