Medibank

I don't know how Medibank keep customers! Firstly they tell us that our baby is covered for everything under the Gold cover that we have been paying for years and we get Paediatrician invoices from the hospital that apparently they don't cover? HUH! They don't cover border fees, (hint for parents, switch to HBF now if the partner wants to stay in the hospital post birth). We were paying a bit over $200 a month and by adding our baby they added another $100 plus a month! Expensive baby. (But they don't cover Paediatrian bills? Especially after getting hacked and my data being stolen and getting relentless calls messages and emails from scammers with no real remorse or solution from Medibank! You have lost us Medibank. And I am what you call a Priority Member, been paying my insurance on time every month for over 10 years. WOW!

I have been a Medibank member for one and a half year, and I have always been very satisfied with their services.
I wanted to change my existing policy from a single to a family one, so I visited the Rockingham Medibank Store last week and was welcomed by Danette Carr, Customer Service Consultant. I was really impressed with Mrs Carr's friendliness and eagerness to assist. Her knowledge of the services impressed me a lot and with her help we found a great policy suitable for all the members of my family. In a very short time (5 days) I received our new cards and I was able to claim some services straight away. Thank you Medibank for employing consultants like Mrs Carr.
