I accidently put the wrong birthdate on the form i had to fill out to make a claim, realized on the way home.called them, i have to reissue claim they couldn't do it over the phone.even though the date i gave them (over the phone) matched there records. Quick to take monthly amount ($329.35) not so with a refund or help

The lady who served me today at Joondalup shops around 2pm, was extremely rude, wasn’t listening to anything I had to say and was unhelpful.

Staff here are excellent especially Stacey. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Never stressed to pop in as know the service here is always great.

Called customer service to claim money, didn't work. Next visited instore and provided all the invoices. It's been a year and a half, still didn't a single dime of $95

The claim service is really disappointing to me! I purchase Extra insurance last year, I'm being a member science 2011 with OSHC cover, with a 12 month period waiting period for surgical dental. I don't understand why I still need this long waiting period only because oversea student's cover?
I'm going to one of your choice's dentist (first dentist) to do some general dental filling but a gum problem they found after checking my mouth, and need to see another refereed dentist (not refereed by the medibank but refereed by the current dentist which is medibank refereed, I don't know at that time!) to do the surgery. That's my only choice because they can communicate with my state of illness. After submit the claim to medibank, they said I can't claim back the normal reimbursement limit because the second dentist is not medibank choice! But I don't have any choice as the first dentist only gives me one choice! In this situation I cannot get my normal claim money!
So, I'm very disappointing with medibank because all the staff connect with me are following the rules and they don't have any humanity adjustment!

I think the representatives name is Zena. FANTASTIC! Listened attentively, and insured that all my concerns relating to my health insurance were answered! Genuinely concerned and helpful, am more than happy always to go in and get things sorted rather than waiting on the phone! Thankyou, my pleasure to be back and continue with medibank!

Been with Medibank for years paying top dollar, my husband needs an operation and they won't cover the op even though HBF and other health insurers recognise the codes we have been given by the surgeon at our level of cover we have
So lucky HBF took us on as a customer with no waiting period because of this reason.

Been trying to contact Medibank at Joondalup via mobile. I have been waiting and waiting with still no response. I just wonder how long I would have to wait if I needed to make a claim! Very unhappy. Looks like I will have to visit the store myself yet again!

Absolutely disgusting the way I've been treated by this company, we set up all our private health care with this company, when I finally needed to use it due to snapping my Achilles they did everything possible not to pay for my care the attitude from the staff was disgusting and so unhelpful even though it says in our contact that I should of been covered they still denied my care
