It was not what I asked them a day before the order! I took it home and saw what the careless staff has done. When I rang them and the manager said I cannot do anything about it 'have a good day'. Hanged up my call.

Bad attitude. Serve another customer without finalizing your order. Had to wait for more than 15 mnts just for 1 item to be ready. When asked that where is it and the old man straightaway accused me to be an angry customer, when He was the one who yelled me, he did not stop there he yelled at me in front of other customer and asked me if I want to do it myself? Is that how you treat your customer? Never again.

I love their Mexican chilli sausages and have received good meat from them till now

Subhanallah the past 2 times I've bought mince from them (7kg+ each time) it has been absolutely terrible, so much sinew, fibres and tiny bones in it- extremely disappointed

Best meat in Perth, actually best meat in Australia so many options, they follow instructions of how you want your meat to be cut and packed. Curry pieces usually cooked within 12-20 minutes depends on the size you get! They have great customer service, great people, very welcoming and friendly

I bought meat on 08/11/20 that took money for beef but didn’t put into the bag, ladies at the front are not professional, very bad service.
