43I did some Christmas shopping here today (12/12/23), Staff members Hannah and Ella absolutely went above and beyond to provide the best customer service to me as a guy who has no clue about makeup they made some great recommendations on what I should buy. Thank you ladies for the great service, I’ll definitely be back

It is good but the things are a bit pricey and it is hard for people to get stuff but other then that every thing there is very hydrating and very soft on my skin and I had a lot of pimples and I used the lala retro cream in about 2 weeks they were gone! Do recommend!
Tiana was so helpful today helping me find a good lipstick! I’ve had troubles for years finding a good one that matches me and works with my extremely sensitive lips, I’ve been so embarrassed about and she made me feel so comfortable and excited to find a new lipstick xx
Had a bad interaction with security guard here. His name was suppon and this man was totally crazy. Other staff was great but this guy suppon was totally out of his mind.
Always running out of beauty loop boxes.
Went to collect my Birthday box only to be told I had already collected it the month prior. Went back the next week to say I definitely hadn't collected it, staff then told me they could see on the system I hadn't collected it but they had run out now.
Some staff very helpful and friendly, some not so much.
Little bit expensive but not too bad. Mecca brand products are pretty good.
Friendly staff and good service, the staff member helped me find what I was looking for and gave great recommendations.
If you need a skin care that makes à difference, go for it. The staff knows their job and you end up super happy for 120 dollars, you get a first class 1 hour of skincare and then if you buy products, you get those 120 dollars you already spent deducted from the price you pay for your chosen products. Thank you Fatima for your excellent skincare.
I just left Mecca I spent a total of $294 but was doubled charged for a two face bronzer by ronan am extremely upset
I went into Mecca to purchase some self tanning products for Christmas, when at the same time I asked if there was time for a makeup service (I knew my chances were slim being Christmas Eve, but you never know!), of course they were all booked out. However, the gorgeous staff asked me what I was hoping to get and managed to do some beautiful eye makeup for me then and there. It wasn’t rushed in the slightest, they were so kind to me and it was so so nice of them to fit me in like that. Thank you so much ladies! Highly highly recommend this shop!
As a novice, I absolutely dread shopping for make-up because it gets so overwhelming, but had a really good experience last week at this store. Emma was so approachable and friendly. She guided me through everything and helped me try products. I got just what I was looking for plus some really cool samples.
It’s a really terrible customer service experience for me. Since the color I wanted is out of stock in the Myer shop, I went to this shop to have a check. No one gave me a hand. Although I asked for help, they just ignored me. I’d like to try a different color. But the staff just brought me to the mirror and didn’t help me at all. Really terrible experience.
I went in on Sunday for some assistance after having a terrible experience at another store, and the staff working were absolutely amazing! I had not one BUT 5 girls come and help me out with what I needed after having more than 30min of my time wasted at another retailer. A massive thank you to Phoebe, Jasmin and Becky especially since they took so much time to help me find the perfect make up that I urgently needed, as well as a few other goodies. Would be great if management could give them a bonus for their incredible customer service! Thank you again ladies for being so helpful and lovely!
Today, I met the most gorgeous and sweetest Salesperson ever! Courtney was wonderful! I even ended up going back to mecca within the same day hoping to bump into her and get another product! She was so sweet and offered to colour match foundation and concealer, taught me basic eye shadow and recommended a killer lip combo. I even ended up getting the exact shampoo she recommended! Definitely a 5/5 of customer service!
I wish I could give zero star. I had a terrible experience with one of the staff named Steff/Steph. Extremely rude attitude and terrible service provided by her. I asked about the best seller fragrance and if the Santal 33 is good for sunny weather she told me “I dont know because everyone is different” in a very condescending way. She even raised her voice and said “huh” when I asked her when are they restocking the 15ml Santal 33. At this point I was very upset at her unprofessional behavior and had no interest having any interaction with her. I went to the other lady and told her I will buy the 50ml instead but she again told the lady that “We don’t have the 15ml” loudly and in a sarcastic way. The lady then told her that I am buying the 50ml. Maybe she thinks I can't afford to buy the perfume that I wanted. I felt discriminated. I don't think she is fit for the job. As I know that if you're working as a sales person you should provide the best service to your customer and you should not discriminate base on your customer's look. I was very offended and felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time we’re in store.
Worst service. Staff stand around talking amongst themselves and when you ask for assistance they look at you like you’ve committed a crime. Terrible.
Emma did my makeup for a 70s party, and it was so great! Such good value, lovely service and great end product. Couldn't have been more satisfied!
Excellent customer service. Jess was very friendly, patient, and very helpful. Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. She is really knowledgeable and go the extra mile at every stage. I would 100% recommend her! She's a STAR! X
