Staff are super friendly and helpful! Such a wonderful shopping experience that I’ve never had in other Meccas.

I had a MECCA Glam appointment for my 21st and Bronte from this store absolutely killed it with my makeup! I felt so pretty and it stayed all night! Thank you so much to this lovely team for making me feel so comfortable and calm on my day!

Went in knowing I wanted to buy my first proper foundation and powder and was helped amazingly by Kay, perfect shade match listened to what I wanted and I got exactly what I needed as well as a setting spray. She was so sweet and talked through each product and application with me and I could not recommend her enough absolute gem x

The sales assistants are super cheerful, kind and helpful. It’s the closest MECCA store to me and I visit it the most as I work nearby and always had a lovely shopping experience from all staff, everyone is informative about the products and they are are very helpful and make sure you leave happy with your purchase so thank you ️️️️️

I had a full glam makeup application done by Stephanie today and absolutely loved the whole experience! She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was 100% happy with everything before helping me choose which products to redeem. Could not recommend her or the store more. Thank you so much!

My cousin and I came in to have her makeup done for her 21st last Friday and to say it was an amazing experience is an understatement. Ella, the most phenomenal makeup artist and all around awesome human being, made time fly. My cousin looked absolutely Margot-Robbie-level gorgeous for her event and we got to spend the afternoon with the incredible Ella (the queen herself).

So talented and with years of experience - we could not recommend Ella high enough!

I have been deliberating whether to purchase Le Labo Labdanum after sniffing it at the Mecca Karrinyup store. I visited the Mecca store in Forrest Chase this morning to request a sample while at the same time purchasing other goods. I asked one of the shop assistants if she would please provide me with a small sample as given the steep price point of $324.00 I would like to be able to wear the perfume for two or three days before committing to purchase. The girl helping me said that she wasn't sure if she could do that and would ask the obviously more senior assistant. I happened to overhear the senior shop assistant providing the junior shop assistant with a lengthy spiel and overheard her saying "don't be afraid to say no if you want to". The junior shop assistant then came to me to explain that the shop was out of perfume sample bottles and then suggested that I spray the perfume on my wrist. I told her that this was not going to help me as I have purchased many perfumes from Mecca before and can only really determine if something is going to suit my skin after actually being able to wear it. This is pretty obvious to anybody that wears perfume. Clearly the issue was that it was decided that samples are not to be given out. Whether this is just Forrest Chase's policy or a decided Mecca policy it is unacceptable and NOT. GOOD. ENOUGH. Do better Mecca.

I wish I could give zero star. I had a terrible experience with one of the staff named Steff/Steph. Extremely rude attitude and terrible service provided by her. I asked about the best seller fragrance and if the Santal 33 is good for sunny weather she told me “I dont know because everyone is different” in a very condescending way. She even raised her voice and said “huh” when I asked her when are they restocking the 15ml Santal 33. At this point I was very upset at her unprofessional behavior and had no interest having any interaction with her. I went to the other lady and told her I will buy the 50ml instead but she again told the lady that “We don’t have the 15ml” loudly and in a sarcastic way. The lady then told her that I am buying the 50ml. Maybe she thinks I can't afford to buy the perfume that I wanted. I felt discriminated. I don't think she is fit for the job. As I know that if you're working as a sales person you should provide the best service to your customer and you should not discriminate base on your customer's look. I was very offended and felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time we’re in store.

I went in tonight and was helped by two amazing employees! Beulah and Anthony went above and beyond to help me. They spent so long going around the store trying every single concealer to fine a shade light enough for me and genuinely seemed to want to help me. Best customer service I have ever received in my life. Give them a raise thank you
