Mecca Cosmetica Subiaco

I was lucky enough to walk in the same day the fragrance specialist was there. I'm so picky with a new fragrance and was ready to get a small version of a replica scent but they were out of stock. Off the top of her head I was recommended something so similar but even better! Wonderful experience, thank you!

The new store is incredible! The sky light in the middle for the make up application is genius. Great variety of stock (particularly the perfumery) and the customer service and knowledge of staff continues to be excellent. So glad Mecca chose to invest and expand in the Subiaco store, it is magnificent.

Staff were friendly and very attentive, great selection, however the store was understaffed. Waits for service and at the counter was long

Never usually one to review, but I came in 10 mins to closing and staff were so helpful and nice even at the closing of a shift. Thankyou so much ️

I wish I left a review earlier but completely forgot, but the lady who did my makeup (young in her 20s, brown hair, I thinkkk her name was Mel?) was absolutely amazing! Felt really bad for her as it was just before Christmas and the store was veryy busy and I came late by 10 minutes for my appointment and was running late for my graduation ceremony/ the kind of customer no one wants aha. I told her what I wanted and she told me we might not have enough time. In the end she managed to do the look I wanted. She was so friendly and patient under such busy conditions and talked me through products and gave me recommendations. I really appreciate her help, thank you!

Thank you Bronte for the stunning make-up artistry on our daughter, Lisa-Marie yesterday. It was absolutely beautiful The emerald green dress she wore complemented the make-up perfectly. Furthermore, Lisa-Marie enjoyed the personal attention and the store ambience.

Avoid speaking/interacting to the manager/staff member that does or is in charge of the stock check on Sunday’s bc she comes across as extremely passive aggressive, I’m sorry you had a bad Saturday night my dear but the shop does not care about your post-drinking ailments. The one time I don’t come in with headphones! My bad!

Ps. It’s fine if you’re having a bad day, I’d rather you just not ask if I need help if it feels like such a burden. Or don’t come in to work at all if you’re going to vent your personal life in the shop. That’s all, take care! X

Had a makeup lesson with Mel and couldn't recommend her more highly! She took the time to listen and understand my needs and also incorporated makeup I already had so I wasn't starting completely from scratch. Beautiful store and incredible staff!

A more boutique store than the larger ones.
Staff were lovely and helpful, I came in with an idea of what I wanted and was assisted with recommendations of a few products, enough choice to be helpful without overwhelming. Staff weren't just trying to push products on me, were very welcoming to my partner also, engaging him in conversation about what he was hoping for with his skin.
Lovely little place, if you are looking for wall to wall makeup and skincare I recommend going to one of the larger stores, however if you're looking for select products of quality this is a terrific place. Situated in a bit of a tricky spot but there's ample parking around the area, little bit trickier for those requiring ACROD parking though. Same to be said about the shop access.

I found this one staff to be very pushy and all she wanted me to do was to sell me a product that I did not want and need.

Excellent service and assistance to get the product I needed. I did not know exactly what I wanted when I walked into the shop. Spoke clearly and to my face; I have a hearing problem but the lady would not have known I had that issue.
Very pleasant inside the store, well laid out and products easy to see. Thank you to all your staff. I will be back.

I went in to get my make-up done for a wedding and I cannot remember the girls name (Im Sorry!) but she was a younger staff member with bright red lippy and she did a soft smokey eye with rose gold glitter shadow and I loved it! I got so many compliments and she made me feel so special! She also helped me pick out some makeup afterwards and I love my new high lighter! Thank you so much!

I went into this store for the first time about a month ago. I really wasn't sure what to expect.
Wow was I overwhelmed!
The staff were attentive and extremely helpful
And their product knowledge (and are there some) was very thorough
They really do care about helping you achieve your goals
All without doing "the sales pitch"
I am addicted!

Got make my makeup done on Friday and the lady was lovely - she had great suggestions and was super friendly.
