Shop open and asked for some advice one of the girls went to get someone to help me they said sorry we can’t help you because we nearly closed.
Not really a good customer service.

Popped in store on 30/11- and was helped by the beautiful Sydney. I've been struggling with acne recently and Sydney was able to help me pick out and shade match me to a foundation that I felt so beautiful in. It was so lovely to share a laugh and have a positive experience as I've been feeling so down about my skin lately. Sydney really took the time to know my needs and what I was looking for. Sydney, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for being such a breath of fresh air- we need more people like you <3

Not enough staff to help customers. I usually walk out after waiting for half an hour and not even have any staff acknowledge me. On the rare occasion I do manage to get someone to help they have been great.

What a great experience. Talia listened to my skincare concerns with makeup and helped me pick out a bunch of new makeup base products to suit my skin type and taught me how to apply my makeup so it doesn't flake off my skin (thanks dry skin!). She was so thoughtful and asked lots of questions so we could find the perfect match for me. She also wrote down a list of everything we used and helped me prioritise what I needed, and didn't once push products on me! Extremely satisfied with my visit, and I will definitely be back! Mia, from the Mecca Claremont Quarter, was the most amazing MUA I have encountered. She took the time to understand my skin and specific make-up requirements. She was kind and went above and beyond to make me feel special and loved with her personalised service. The final look was gorgeous, and I can't wait to be back for my next makeup appointment.

The rest of the team at Mecca Claremont was also very friendly and provided feedback and opinions when needed. This is such a particular outlet, and I can't recommend them enough.

I visited Mecca just before Christmas and was assisted by Sarah. Sarah helped me with matching up foundation and assisted me to also buy some skincare products. I didn’t really know what I needed however Sarah made this easy by recommending and showing products to me. I have since tried them at home and absolutely love all my purchases. I look forward to going back and being assisted by Sarah again.

I was served my Sarah M she was the most helpful and Nicest sales assistant I have come across. She helped me find the perfect products that I needed and explained what I need to do with each of them.

I visited Mecca Claremont to do some shopping prior to Christmas. Typically I would of ordered online but wanted some assistance with gift ideas. I was in last week and was looked after Sarah. M she had great customer service she was so friendly and made my shop at Mecca so smooth. I was searching for a gift, she was able to help me immensely with good product knowledge. She knew exactly how to help me and was cheerful throughout the entire sale! I will definitely be returning to Mecca Claremont due to this great customer service!

Not gonna lie, I’m in entertainment so I wear makeup for photo and video; recently I needed some advice and quality product from the professionals. Highly recommend Abbie, she’s warm, talented and puts you at ease. Great team.

My experience at Mecca Claremont was wonderful. I was looked after by Julia, helping me above and beyond with booking my makeup application with my gift card at such late notice:) I really appreciated your efforts to squeeze me in. On the day Macy (unsure of the spelling) made me feel so beautiful. She did an incredible job with my makeup and I was so grateful. I felt heard with what I wanted and Macy was able to educate me on all the skin care products I was purchasing and even attending to my appointment a little earlier due to a cancellation:) Thank you Team. I had a great experience with a Mecca Consultant Sherry. She was polite, friendly, professional and very helpful. I’ll definitely return to this store because of the selection of products and professional staff. Well done and keep up the great work.

Tess from the Claremont store is beyond wonderful! She did a light amount of makeup for my daughter's dance recital and made her feel extra special the whole time. All the other ladies were also warm and welcoming. Lovely vibe in-store overall.

Came in to look at presents for my daughter when a lovely girl greeted me and asked if I needed help. I think her name was Sydney or Cindy for description she was small with brown hair and a beautiful fresh face. She was very helpful and took the time to help me come up with ideas. She even added in a few samples to the gift when we decided on one. Overall I walked out of the store feeling amazing and appreciated. Only con is the parking in the centre hopefully it won’t be crazy during Christmas

Used to be a good mecca store. Was in the area, popped in, but I can't say the same now. No hello, no nothing.

It's my local mecca so I frequent this one the most. It's really hit and miss depending on which sales assistant you have. Some of them are lovely and others are dismissive and snobbish, even to other staff members. Definitely needs more warmth.

This is my favourite Mecca by far. Everytime I go in I feel like the girls are super attentive and helpful. Bridget in particular was such a sweetheart showing me her fave perfumes and organising samples for me to take home. Lovely experience especially after a long day at work when you just want to escape into a beauty paradise.

I did a makeup trial for my wedding, wanting to do the makeup myself on the day. They helped me pull together a ‘natural’ wedding look, made sure I knew the steps and what products I needed. The look came across as effortless but incredibly polished.
They also helped my mom (65+) choose the right makeup for her skin. They didn’t go overboard, selecting only what was needed to enhance rather than ‘paint on’, helping her create a beautiful fresh look for the day.
