Went in with a question about a make up issue I was having, pretty much the whole team got involved to help me, the manager was awesome and gave me some free samples to try which worked beautifully! Will definitely be coming in to by these products

After having a bad experience getting my makeup done at Carousel Mecca I decided to try here and I found my experience was 10 times better. The service was amazing. The woman doing my makeup, Nadia, was outstanding. She asked lots of questions to determine exactly what would work best for me and my skin. The service felt personal and I felt comfortable. At the end of it my glam birthday makeup turned out incredible and it lasted all day and night! Nadia, and other staff members, was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone looking to get their makeup done.

Tarshy was absolutely fabulous. As someone who doesn't wear make-up often, she talked me through the process and helped me select products. She was lovely and made us feel very comfortable.

I spoke to Jed (not sure if I spelled it right) tonight and he was an absolute angel. Took the time to actually spend some time talking with me and made me feel so happy after asking a difficult question. I spoke about a bad experience at another location and he was so understanding and absolutely gorgeous. Pay rise should definitely be in the works!?

I was assisted by lovely Isla instore last weekend and she helped me with everything I needed and her recommendations were awesome, would definitely go to this mecca again for her service x

Went into the store and Sandra helped me pick out some skincare bits. She just was amazing at helping me out with my skin. She is happy to spend the time with you to figure out what your skin needs. She is so so knowledgeable I will definitely be a returning customer.

No matter what mecca u go to in Perth every single one is filled with the most amazing workers that are so kind and helpful, it’s always an amazing experience when I walk in, best customer service in the world xx thank u for always making my day better everyone:)

Alex did my makeup yesterday for a family photo shoot and she was absolutely brilliant! She knew exactly what colours to use and what would look good on tan skin. I have never looked and felt so beautiful before! Thank you Alex! Mecca in garden city definitely has one of the best and most skilled makeup artist, so anyone looking to get their makeup done, I would highly recommend this store:)

Absolutely love this store! A majority of the makeup is beautiful quality and staff here are always so lovely and helpful and always assist me in finding what I am looking for!

The interior is well set out so products can be easily found and it’s very vibrant.

Only downside is the prices of a majority of the makeup products, which can be pretty expensive, and some of the staff seem like they try to upswell everything, saying “they’ve tried all the products” and telling you that some products are actually good quality when in reality aren’t the best.

Had an awful day at work today and went into mecca to get a tester, and dropped a whole bottle of foundation on the floor which smashed and went absolutely everywhere I felt absolutely awful and wanted to cry but every single staff was so lovely and continued to go out of their way to help me - just wanted to say thank you to everyone who went out of their way to clear up the mess I made and made me feel comfortable ️

I always love a look through Mecca and a sampling of their gorgeous fragrances. I usually always walk out with a purchase.

Had my make up done by Bianca for an event, absolutely loved it and she was so helpful and talented! Will definitely be back

Very poor service. Don't go here if you over 40 as they just ignore you. My wife and I have been here between us 4 times and each time we stand around waiting to be served, everyone around us gets served but never us. We have to asked to be served every time. One time we even got asked to move so they could get into a drawer we were in front of, but no acknowledgement of us, just asked us to move.

I went in the store with severe dandruff on my head. I asked if they had any anti-dandruff products. They took one look at my hair and asked me to leave. I am now using a product not from mecca. I still feel very against the store as they were not willing to assist me with my dandruff. And if they don't sell any products they simply could have said they don't have it.

I am a bride who has spent hours looking for an ideal lipstick for my wedding makeup look, so I finally went into Mecca and was helped by an amazing makeup artist, Nick. He found me my perfect lipstick with ease and was very knowledgeable with luxury products. Thank you, Nick!

Amazing experience, had lots of questions and the girl who helped me was really helpful and gave me her time to make sure I was happy.

Not as large as the shop at Westfield Carousel. This one seems to stock higher end brands and products. Staff and service are lovely though, which is par for the course at Mecca.
