Joy is amazing. I've been going to her for about 4 years now, and she's never failed to cut and colour my hair to make it look amazing.

I don’t often write reviews, but I had my hair coloured with Megan last week, and it genuinely looks so good. A really natural blonde which is exactly what I asked for. Her service was so friendly and that head massage at the basin was unreal! Can’t wait to come back.

Sachi is always lovely to engage with, on top of being an excellent colourist. Always a pleasure to come in and have my hair done -can’t recommend her highly enough.

I had my hair and makeup done here for a wedding and I felt like a million dollars! It is the best updo I have had it was even better than my hair on my wedding day! I live in Townsville but if I lived in Perth I would be here getting my hair done very 6 weeks!

Came in with an idea for a colour change and left with the most amazing colour that was just right for me. The experience was great, the people are friendly and make me feel welcome this time and every time I am there. Joy intuitively knows what suits each individual, I can trust her and that’s so great to have in a hairdresser.

Quoted $375 for foils touch up on roots cut blow dry accepted quote
Once the colour rinsed out there was no evidence of foils and I was told I would notice them once I wash my hair
Who gets foils only to be told you can’t see them until you wash your hair
I was told I would not pay for voiles but root touch up cut and blow dry $250
I’ll stick with my colour from woolies as it would cost me 8% of what I Just paid for and I’d get the same result
High expectations due to brand but extremely disappointed.

Was happy the first time I visited but started going downhill since. Not going back anytime soon.
