I had a problem with my pos machine (prestige kebab house). We contacted them and it was urgent! They attended very quickly and solved the problem.we are really thanks to company for great services and responsible attitude.

We have been using Metro Cash Register for nearly 25 years now, We have been through several till systems and have updated with technology over the years. I have always found Norbert and his team very intelligent and well informed and extremely professional. We at trackside Bakery have never had a day that our system have gone down or can be repaired well done team

I called MCR with the intention of buying a new receipt printer in a desperate situation. Instead the remote troubleshooting service over the phone and Team Viewer was very affordable, knowledgeable and on the spot. Lifesavers. We will definitely be purchasing our next printer and receipt printers from them. Amazing and friendly service.

Great service! We lost our till inserts in a break-in and although they had none in stock they had them delivered out from their supplier the same day so that we could use our POS systems again. Awesome job guys!

We at Mt Barker Country Bakery have had these pos systems for 13yrs & we always get excellent service, nothing is a problem, they just jump on remotely on the tills and fix any problem.we have 3 pos terminals and really love the system!

I have found Norbert to be very helpful, with assisting me in the set up of our POS system. We were broken into on 2 occasions with damage and stolen till draws and MCR where quick to respond to get back us up and working again
