Been their customer for years but they don’t care about customer service anymore. Bought 5kg of mangoes from them for a mango party but turned out most of them were still sour so we went back and requested them to take these back and give us something that’s ready to it. She said it was my job to make sure about mangoes. We are not an expert you are and hence we choose you to buy things. Short story we gave them their mangoes for free and told them to never return back.

Only sometimes check out staff could be more customer service friendly and helpful.
(some customers tend to get uncomfortable if they don't understand the conversation between staff members)
No discount offered for wholesale customers while their other shop in Coventry Morley does offer discount.

Great staff and terrific prices on fruit and veges. Everything is fresher than supermarkets as they have a huge turnover. Thi is a wonderful manager and goes the extra mile to ensure great customer service with happy, knowledgeable staff.

Will over charge you extra money for the same product that’s been taken out of the fridge as opposed the the shelf.

It’s really annoying been charged wrong price again…. And I live 25 minutes away won’t go back just couple dollars but it’s really annoying if they can’t honor their price!
And it’s not the first time!

I bought some chopsticks from here. Because my parents don't like the style of the chopsticks, I tried to ask for a rufund or exchange. MCQ just willing to help me out with my problems, even was my mistake caused the trouble.

The quality of the fruit and vegetables here has really gone down recently. It used to be my go-to green grocer, however I like my fruit and veges to last longer than two days!

Next to the wholesale warehouse so very well stocked with everything you need for cooking any Asian dish you can imagine.

They keep all the time fresh vegetables and keep consistent with veggies products and etc.thanks

Mainly Chinese stuff. Long walking, wish they had 2 separate counters 1 for close by door. Veges are not cheap.

First visit here. Impressed with the top quality of their fruit and veg but couldn't see any milk or bread.

I do like the variety of asian foods you offer but there was alot of products very close to expire date an not as cheap as I thought I would be an the cheese rings 2 out of the 4 value bags I purchased where stale hopefully the next visit is better

Lovely range of fresh fruit and vegies at fair prices. The bonus for me is the laid back nature of the area, not overly packed.

Dropped by to have a look at the prices and what's available. My partner the Chief was quite impressed with the range and prices.

Love it here, the fruit and veg are beautiful and fresh. I love wandering up each isle to see what's new. There's only one gripe.when ignorant people push in front of you to get served.
