Can't speak for the rest of their food but the roast pork banh mi and Viet iced coffee is the best and always consistent in quality.

This place serves the best banh-mi in town, period. Their roast pork banh mi is very flavoursome and we keep wanting more after smashing one! For only $7 a pop plus $2.5 for an extra meat, value-wise, it is unbeatable. The only downside is they are located north in Mirrabooka so more than half an hour trip for us. However, we still visit every now and then, as we simply can’t find a better banh-mi elsewhere in Perth.

MCQ vetnamiese street food is inside the MCQ supermarket at the front right corner of the store. The place is accessible by the front of the store through a small entry point or the main entrance. Raw Peanuts in the shell and baked corn are sold on the counter. Looking on the menu board above the counter there is a wide variety of meat Bahn mi rolls to choose from and a vegetarian option. Fresh pressed fruit Juice can be purchased here. The food is priced between $2-$16. There is plenty of seating both outside and inside vetnamese street food.   I  tried the vegetarian Bahn Mi. The first bite was dull with no flavour the roll itself was crunchy and fresh. The roll is packed with fresh flavors The Parsley and Chilli stood out most. Not alot tofu in my the roll. Will go back to try the fresh rice paper spring roll.

Best Pork roll in Perth. Cheap, portion size is perfect and the Joy butter is to die for. All ingredients are perfectly balanced. Long lines but the wait is worth it!

Banh mi served in a soft and warm bread roll. Can't fault it. Overall very good banh mi.

The coffee was nice bahn mi was very good and the grilled pork and broken rice was superb.

So cheap and so delicious! I loved the roast pork roll. The Vietnamese coffee is always a treat to be had, the phò is good too. Spring roles are fresh and tasty! Good viariety of food, Do go here for a great meal.

Certainly this is my fav place to go for an authentic Banh Mi. I love how they make the food fresh daily right on site and of course the friendly service i receive at every single time i visit. The quality is top knot and consistent and this is not easy! Keep up the good work guys!

I had the beef pho. It came with a few measly slices of tough cooked beef (supposed to be rare not cooked), some other pieces of pale colour unknown meat, and some meatballs. Usually pho doesn't come with any other meats or meatballs unless you specifically order them. It was completely different from pho I've had at any other Vietnamese restaurant, and I've had a lot. It's one of my favourite foods.
I probably wouldn't have the pho again as I felt the price was not worth it for the amount and quality of ingredients you get. I will return to try the banh mi though.

Best Bahn mi I’ve had in Perth. Prices went up but still very worth it! Drove 20-mins just to get it.

Prices are excellent and the serves are substantial.
Our son told us abouth this place and he loves the roast pork rolls. And it's just $1 mote for extra meat.
The roll is terrific with a warm and crispy bauguette, roast pork, some salad, pate, butter, and some kind of very tasty sauce.
There are only a few seats for dining-in and most people order take out.
There is plenty of parking, disabled access is available, and credit cards are accepted.

Delicious food, great selection, I personally live the Rice Paper Rolls with the delicious sauce
