28 April 2023: based on my very positive and happy experience with McMillan Florist 2 weeks ago, I ordered another flower bouquet for a good friend's birthday yesterday and, again, was delighted with the outstanding service and the beautiful bouquet created by the McMillan florist. I called to discuss options (thank you Toby for your kind and accommodating service to help me consider the different options) and selected the DC Bright Bouquet. The florist created a beautiful arrangement with the selection of flowers and colours which my good friend absolutely loved, and which also attracted a lot of lovely and positive comments from people passing by as I was walking to the birthday lunch. Delivery was also excellent - right on time, polite and friendly. Thank you McMillan Florist!

15 April 2023: I called McMillan Florist to ask if they had deep coloured red roses and white lilies for a special occasion bouquet. The lovely owner said that he had a bouquet of those flowers that he would set aside for me to pick up. On pick up, I asked if I could add additional flowers which was no problem at all and I was also offered a pre-prepared bouquet wrapping that complemented the bouquet very nicely. The bouquet was beautifully presented, and the flowers were the level of quality and style that I was hoping for. Customer service was top notch - very understanding and accommodating - and flowers very well priced. I would definitely highly recommend this florist to anyone who is looking for quality flower arrangements, excellent customer service and great value.

The most beautiful all white with a hint of green, huge arrangement was hand delivered to my home early evening by McMillan Florist. It is the first anniversary of my darling Mum's passing & the kindness shown was very much appreciated. Thank you McMillan Florist for creating exactly what my son had ordered from you. Highly recommended!

Lovely people, but both plants I purchased died, after following the instructions carefully on their care. Flowers for a gift hopefully lasted, but looked lovely.

Diverse range of flower boxes and bouquets for different events. Had a hard time choosing but found the right ones in the end.

As a florist myself in Victoria, i ordered a bouquet today for my daughter in law, it’s always a bit hit and miss when ordering through an online network.

A bit small but people running it are friendly which is good, they have some items for everyday use but not much yet, with more local support this business has lots of room to grow, so if you live nearby try to support them before the mega corps.

Big shout out and thankyou to the wonderful flowers and service provided by Toby and the McMillan florist team. I live not far away and purchase all my flowers here. On this occasion I was away and needed an arrangement delivered with not much notice. They did this with no fuss and right ontime with an amazing arrangement. Thankyou so much and very highly recommend.

I ordered flowers for my wedding and we arranged to pick them up ourselves. The flowers looked fantastic, were of great quality and well priced (good bang for buck). I was incredibly happy with my wedding bouquet from McMillan florist. They went off a vague photos and captured exactly what I wanted and more, with great attention to detail. They even included a matching buttonhole for my groom. Great prices and quality.
