My wife and I have been with McKinley Plowman for nearly 15 years for our self managed super fund. Always responsive and very knowledgeable. Valerie on the front desk provides excellent customer service.

Signed up as a SMSF client and all of a sudden when I had trouble with my account the service was terrible I transferred to HRblock and when they sent out the final invoice I had been charged $100 an email for enquiries that were made. Wish I knew that emails were that expensive, they certainly gouged me because I left their company wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

I have been a customer for 15 years now and I am always pleased with the service Will Lyons and Jaqui provide. They respond quickly to my requests and understand my financial goals

Very disappointed and unhappy with how McKinley Plowman has handled my late fathers estate accounting. I have had to chase them for updates every step of the way to be often told there was a problem pending that I wasn't advised of at the time they came across it. I had asked for multiple account statements which I never received and instead recieved large invoices that I then had to ask for clarity on and believe I was over charged for certain tax years.
They have been working on my late fathers estate for over 2 years, I had to provide the same information multiple times. The original tax manager that was looking after me left and I wasn't advised until months later which also meant no one was working on my matters. Hardly anything was on file, so I had to practically start all over again. They told me they specialised in Estate Accounting which I now believe is not the case. I have expressed my disappointment to McKinley Plowman multiple times and they really couldn't care less.

I highly recommend McKinley Plowman, Ben and his team always provide a very personalized, supportive and professional service. I shifted accounting firms approx 5 years ago after receiving some very bad advice and it is a move I have never regretted. Great accountants!

I had heard that there was a possibility I might qualify for a UK pension despite having left the country 30 years ago. Jacqui Wilkinson at Pension Transfer Specialists (PTS) has efficiently communicated on my behalf with HMRC in the UK and established that I am able to make up the shortfall in my National Insurance contributions and that my application to pay voluntary Class 2 National Insurance contributions has been accepted. Jacqui has made the whole process completely seamless and has been at all times extremely pleasant and prompt in her responses to my enquiries.
