McDonald's Yanchep

Yanchep McDonald’s has got to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The amount of times my order has been messed up is ridiculous.tonight I ordered a classic Angus with a extra mcspicy patty added to it I got home and it was only a mcspicy burger by its self I paid $14 for it, I took it back and the person at the window refused to refund me or even correct the order this will be the last time I go there

Definitely NOT fast food anymore. Took half an hour for a breakfast combo, was almost late to work.
The staff are nice enough, just very laid back, no sense of urgency or pace.

The worst maccas I’ve ever been to. Every time we come there’s something missing or wrong in our order. Terrible customer service! If it wasn’t the only maccas near us I wouldn’t even bother coming absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been too.

Every time I ask for aoli I get sweet and sour sauce. I hate sweet and sour sauce, then I eat dry nuggies

Been living in Yanchep 4 years now and we haven’t had a single order where we have received all items with everything they’re supposed to have in them. I get it’s fast food and sometimes they’ll make mistakes but it’s honestly kinda of impressive how consistently inconsistent this store is. Reflects incredibly poorly on management as this is probably the worst run Maccas I’ve been to and this comes from someone who worked at a maccas for 5 years including as a manager.

You end up waiting for too long and even though you’re the only car in the drive through, they will constantly ask you to wait in the waiting area. They miss orders and the service could be improved

Service quick but now I know why. Seemed like food had already been cooked and made. Tried their new cheesy Angus burger. Dry meat, chewy tasteless cheese patty, bacon dry and overcooked. All ingredients sloppily slapped between a bun. Not at all enjoyable.

They actually do fantastic coffee. Most mcdonalds are hit and miss but they make a great one.

This review is after a year living in Yanchep. We go here often good or bad, and every order I mean every order is always wrong they miss burgers or drinks if you order a double you get a single. Now I know it’s fast food however if you pay for something you should get those items and get them how they were ordered.

I never ever leave 1 star reviews but Yanchep MacDonalds is the worst run, worst quality MacDonalds there is in Perth.

This review will probably mean nothing however, there needs to be a change how this MacDonalds runs it’s an embarrassment to the franchise.

Had great customer service from the blonde girl in drive tru on Saturday I am pretty sure her name was Bree well what it look like on her name badge. She was so sweet and took our order so nicely and very fast.

We went through the drive-through. Food was fresh and hot and service was great. Definitely recommend.

Terrible! We ordered 2 Crispy chicken deluxe’s and we’re given just McChicken’s with very minimal toppings. Very disappointed as we paid full price. And we waited almost 30 minutes and it’s not the first time either.
The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the kind worker was very apologetic and was the only one working at that time as all the other staff went home.

Poor service. This morning Waited 5 to mints at drive thru no one was taking my order then i had to drive to come to counter to give my order i gave my order went to other window to get my order took my banana bread the young lady told me to move to next window for my coffe so i went there waited another 5 to 8 mints then the same young lady came to me asking what am I waiting for? Are you for real you just told me to move to next window for my coffe then she went to bring my coffe while handing my coffee she had so much of attitude that I can’t explain.
I was supposed to be at work at 7: 30 just because of you guys I arrived 7: 56

Embarrassing service 9pm 7/12. Ordered uber eats, just a salad and cookies. Easy enough you'd think. Uber driver let's me know it still isn't ready when he was there, fair enough, thought I'd at least receive something decent after the wait. Then I receive lukewarm chips and an embarrassing salad with no dressing or croutons etc, essentially received a box of old and browning lettuce, old bacon and cold chicken. Inedible. Put it in my dogs bowl and not even she wanted it. Money wasted. Staff couldn't care less and have no pride whatsoever. Retrain them.

Tap and pay on the outside of the building, are you freaking joking. Never get my order right or something is missing. Burgers look like they hit the floor before being literally thrown into the box. Icecream machine is always out of order. This store is a complete joke. The manager should be embarrassed.

Always getting orders wrong, don't get coffee if you don't want a guess on which milk they'll use. Most of the time they just put whatever milk in. So rank when they use oat milk

There's no care in the food and it's always cold. It has definitely gone down over the past few years. The staff are not very professional. I think it will be good competition when Hungry Jacks arrive
