Asked for extra on onions on my cheeseburger and got given none.very disappointed and unhappy with my meal, everything was cold too.

Waited 15 minutes for a Sunday and single cone. No serviettes was given nor any available to use. When we asked why it took so long they said that they were busy. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Drive through should never take priority. Worst service experienced in WA.

A walk up and placed an order for 2 Big Mac's, 24 Nuggets and 2 Apple Pies. I got home and food items were missing. 1 Big Mac no where to be seen and rather than 24 Nuggets only 19. Drove back to query the order and was made to feel like I was in the wrong, although in the end the order was fulfilled. From looking at the reviews other people seem to have experienced the same. What I did receive was good but not fulfilling orders is plain wrong. If the owners want to contact me I am happy to discuss.

Go to Wanneroo for delivery or pick up, the quality here is shocking and the customer service.well what customer service they won't even answer there phones

Everytime I get from here I'm reminded why they only have 2 stars

Please revoke the owners rights to own a store.

When you go to order as a customer the last thing you need is someone like the manager who is out right rude and racist, felt completely discriminated. There has been complaints here about her behaviour and the disgusting way she speaks to the customers. The red hair with the fake eyelashes if there is something you need to learn is some good manners, you don't understand anything about customer service. At least smile because you're the face of macdonalds.

We ordered 3 large cappuccinos, and got home and all 3 of them were only half full.please make sure you complete an order properly.

Old cold burger. Couldn’t eat it. Bought during peak dinner hour with the drive thru line packed. Figured there would have been some turnover with their food

This is hands down the WORST McDonalds I have ever encountered. Have been here 3 times. Have watched someone be abused in the drive thru waiting bays every time. Note to owner/manager - don’t put a traffic management system in place if you can’t police/manage it! If you can’t understand how it works then neither will your customers! Maybe rethink the bay in the MIDDLE of the drive thru as most of the customers do not understand that it’s ONE bay and double park, blocking the drive thru.
Or maybe you could act like a fast food joint and have a quarter pounder meal ready and not send EVERY car to your two waiting bays ‍️‍️‍️

This place is absolutely disgusting.
The food is always stone cold, the customer service from both management & staff is appalling.
Ordered 2 fries and 2 pies, all was cold, hard and seemed to be sitting there for a good while, when asked for it to be made fresh the manager and staff members complained.
They parked and I waited 2 mins for them to come out the boy threw the bag at me and said “here mate” with chips thrown upside down and the pies still stone cold.
Management & this team needs to do better. It’s embarrassing. The food they are serving is at the point where it isn’t safe to eat please do better.

Cannot manage to get the order correct when going through drivethru. Went in to get the missing food. Found front of house unattended. Had to shout for service, all the people inside, waiting on food for over 15 minutes and asking for refunds due to servicing drivethru first. Put more staff on!
Had to add this on, daughter has just been through drivethru, for a hot chocolate, got home just hot milk, no chocolate, lol.

We came for drive through not even during peak dinner rush at 5.30pm on friday. Everything was good ordering wise until we got to the final window to get our food. We got the right drinks but then got handed a bag with food that wasn't ours.before we drove off we noticed and told the presenter.who told us it was definitely our order. We told him that if it was there was too many fries and could he please check. Even a manager came to oversee, but we just watched as the worker took out two of the fries and placed them back on the heater and pass us back the SAME BAG.he assured us this was our order and told us to drive forward. Sure enough it was not our order.we payed $50 for only $30 worth of food. Even more disappointedly stone cold.from the first bite to the last. We tried to call numerous times but nobody picked up. Definitely should have gone to kingsway.

Ordered a caramel latte which came out cold and a babycino which I had to pull over and wait 10 minutes for which ended up being coffee, not heated up milk which was served to my 3 year old.

Iced long black was like drinking dish water, so gross. Along with a not toasted toastie. And that was after a ridiculous wait time while the people were on their phones and doing nothing in the kitchen.

FOOD POISONING STEER CLEAR. Before writing this I tried to call twice with no luck, i would have liked to reported to management and discussed what might have gone wrong. My partner and I brought breakfast here which we both commented on saying that it seemed old. This McDonald's seems to have gone from bad to worse.

I am a vegan, I asked for no meat, but they gave me meat. I am very upset, I am a vegan which only eats evan peters, I am very disappointed in you guys. Many non thanks, Emo rat.

What is the point to use a delivery service if I have to go to Maccas to chase my missing food?
Added rasher bacon always missing in my burger and drinks are missing this time after I got delivered.

Refusal to serve after midnight. Was told they are closed and turned off the intercom. Went to the front to ask for the workers name, which they have to give, and was refused and then had the police show up to question? Do not go here if you want the friendly maccas experience!

30min wait in the waiting bay to receive cold stale food and missing items. At least they're constant, every time we've been there since it opened it has been completely horrible food and excessive wait times for cold food

Ordered a ceaser grilled wrap, no bacon which doesn’t leave much excitement left inside my wrap. Chips were cold. Clearly understaff as I would hope the staff are doing there best. I suggest the owners pick up their game
