Food is cold, wrong to what I ordered, and missing items!

What is going on in this place

Came in at 2AM got served by a friendly bloke with blue hair (didn’t catch his name) ordered triple cheese burger with bbq sauce and chicken and cheese, Tom made my food and EVERYTHING was fresh and tasty even the chips were fresh. It was just 2 of them working and they killed it.

They deserve a raise or a paid day off given the circumstances these blokes did a top job.
I even called the store after I finished my food and thanked them that’s how I know his name is Tom as he answered the phone.

Really good service it just takes a little bit of time to get my food as they have drive through but the food was amazing for fast food

The most useless McDonald's ever the kids are the laziest bunch of workers can never seem to actually provide you with large chips not just half full always seems to take double the time if you order Menulog driver will be waiting there longer then usual.
Honestly if this is the generation that can't even put the effort in their first job I can see a bunch of useless self entitled workers out their

Seniors get free orange juice with your order, but had to ask 3 different staff members over a period of 5 minutes.

Prissy workers. Amy thinks she's special because she didn't swear until she was 11. Run by lazy sheep and broken robots.

Ordered 2 breakfast meals and they forgot to give me the hash Browns included in the meals. The food was fast as they did not give you the full order, did not fulfill their contract obligations.

Went to this Mcdonald’s sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes no one said anything to us at all after we said hello 3 times, got to the window & the girl was rude & wouldn’t let us order at the window & then when we drove back around to order again she served 2 other cars in the other lane before serving us, was so rude and no apologies

Went through the drive thru as it was after closing time for the front of store.
The food was hot and fresh which was a pleasant surprise, usually it is either the fries or the burgers that are not fresh.

Eshays are scary, but, as per usual, this McDonald's is just like any other. Classic, ordinary, very unoriginal. Can't expect anything new from one store when it's a chain restaurant. You're going to find the exact same stuff here. It's not special, staff deserve a pay rise. Treat them with respect

Why even call yourselves 24hr Maccas when you got those cones blocking the drive through every night at late?

Can never get a order right how hard is it to put onions in a burger not once have I had a burger with onions place is always dirty they need new management in this place

I booked the party room 3 weeks in advanced for my grandsons birthday party for 3 December 2022 We got there and the party room had not been cleaned it was in a filthy state and definitely not ready to be used.
A couple of workers came in to clean and I said just wipe down tables as there's no time we have guests coming, the bin was being emptied and as the worker pulled it out a smell hit us that was disgusting when we turned to look to our horror there were live maggots all through the bin and surrounds of the bin itself. Maggots dropped from the bin and bag all over the floor so the workers went to mop the floor and mop the floor and did nothing but spread wriggling maggots all over the floor, we could no way have our children's party in there.
I brought this to the attention of the managers on duty for the day and was met with just a apology. The other manager that was on had no sympathy or empathy of how truly embarrassed we felt inviting other children to the party and having to apologise to our guests. I asked why the room had not been cleaned in time for our party and do they clean after every use in wich the male manager said no it dosnt and he's not on every day. Absolutely pathetic excuse, disgusting store I will be calling the health department first thing Monday morning.

I'm ready to give up on this place I go through the drive through get asked to park up at least 10 minutes later our order arrives in the mean time others come and go (it was only three burgers 24 nuggets two fries one drink) we get home and the order is wrong it's missing one fries and half off the nuggets, that's twice it's happened through the drive through.
So this time I decided to go inside (hoping it's better if I'm standing there) it's not unfortunately it's just as bad, I order (three ice creams two large fries three burgers) well we order then we stand there while staff are on the other side off the counter talking and laughing 4 minutes and we got asked if we'd like to order, I said we've already ordered 2 minutes later we get asked again, I said the same we've already order (staff still chatting and laughing we're still standing there waiting) then about 10 minutes later we get our ice creams and the girl says thank you, I say where's the rest off it and she just looks at me, anyway I could go on and on about it but I'll leave the rest up to you.
I don't like going to this McDonald's now.

Burger was cold when delivered to my table, hardly any salad in it and way too much sauce. Sauce was running over my hands when holding the burger, as a result of too much sauce roll became soggy and started to break up.

Took 10 mins to get 2 milk shakes and 2 hash browns then when back in the car one of the milkshakes which was supposed to be chocolate had no flavour at all just ice cream and milk
While waiting far too long I observed the staff putting raw bacon onto the grill then proceeded to make up cooked burgers and cheese onto rolls all with the same plastic gloves on repeatedly

Every time I go her park in the waiting bay! Every time! And it’s like once every two months. I hate this place!

When I came to eat, i felt so incredibly sad to hear that my number one worker, Sophia with the glasses, has left the McDonald's team. She truely will be missed and i hope that she just has the best rest of her life. All those long lovely chats were excellent and the best thing for an old lady like me. I hope she gets welcomed back to the McDonalds again soon!

No matter what I buy from here there’s always something missing it’s honestly sad and not very professional and without fail they always forget the sauce for the nuggets doesn’t matter how much you spend here they’re unprofessional and need retraining

Both hubby and i just went to maccas in warnbro we spent $35 and it was the worst meal i have ever eaten.
The bacon was so over cooked that you couldnt unfold it there was hardley no salad and dry as a well.
You should be ashamed of yourself what we ordered was no suitable for human consumption.
