McDonald's Tuart Hill

We stood at the empty counter for about 5 minutes before anyone bothered to take our order. We ordered 3 coffees which were basically coffee flavoured froth. One of them was also extremely weak. Tables hadn’t been cleared and no one was doing this in the hour that we were there.
Very disappointed as we used to be able to rely on having a really good coffee in a real cup/mug at this Maccas.
The pleasant thing was no loud music.

I asked for 2 sugars in my coffee but they must’ve forgot to put the sugar in as well as the coffee. I enjoyed the warm water

This is the worst McDonald’s in Perth they DON’T CHECK THE ORDER before they give it to the Uber driver. Today I ordered breakfast for me and my wife and all I got delivered was the drinks. If I was the manager I would hang my head in shame knowing my store 1 time out of 10 gets the order right.

Place is never clean, always sticky or crumbs everywhere. Never get the order right - I always go back several times just to get my order correct. Their customer service needs work as a lot of them are either rude or very blunt. Food quality is not to par either, and comes out cold or stale.

Nice to see worker doing cleaning in restaurant seating/dining area. Lovely lady assisting in self service ordering.

The que is massive and just moves so slow, sure 6pm on a Thursday but banked up for 15 probs actually 10, at the speaker box. Surely as this Maccas is frequently busy, they would keep the flow going and ordered cars to be parked. Not just sitting there in the hot sun, waiting to order at the box.

As a local I can advise as a matter of fact that this place has gone downhill something cruel. Even when asking for fresh food you can guarantee there will always be something stale or re-cookeD. Each franchise represents McDonald's as a whole.unfortunately this franchise chose to represent the skidmark on Ronald's undies. -Rank Sinatra-

Very badly run McDonald's. Spent 17 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 car's in front. Starting to time it because this happens all a time at this store. Then I only got half the ingredients in the meal.

Drive through was pretty slow on a Saturday lunchtime rush, even though there are two lanes to start with. Once served it was about 5 mins for a single order.
But you do get what you ordered and its what you expect from Maccas

I ordered some food 4 hours before I called them again! I asked where it was and they hung up on me! DONT GO HERE!

Thanks for giving me double of what I ordered and paid for! When you delete the orders to get good times, that is what happens!

Went to pick up some meal for someone, renovating inside. Extremely slow service, inside and drive thru. Will avoid going there until they finish renovating.

Not impressed with my latest cheeseburger at Waneroo MacDonalds. There was no pickles and definitely too dry!

From previous reviews you will know I am a Maccas buff, I don't mind a cheeky quarter pounder when no ones looking, the service was great, food was as expected and filled me up ready for the next leg of my journey

Service wasn't as fast as it should be and we ordered ice cream which was pretty much like thick shake. Not an ideal experience

Today we had breakfast at MacDonald's tuart Hill and our fries were stale. No wonder people dislike maccas. I expect our food to be fresh at least.

Very busy very cramped inside with terrible layout and parking. Honestly the worst coffee I have ever had, or not had actually because it went in the bin. I think the machine still had cleaning chemicals or something in it. Zero stars

This is absolutely the worst Mcdonald’s in Perth. Dry burger, cold fries. Got my Big Mac without beef patties after 10 minutes of wait. Zero stars, if I could.

Worst McDonald's that I have been to and all Australia and Europe.
Employees have no respect, always get your order wrong and the worst is that the quality of the food is worse with a big difference.
