McDonald's South Perth

The night staff here are pretty bad but when you're hungry around midnight this is the only place open that's easily accessible around me. 1 in 5 or so orders are incorrect which is pretty bad with how expensive maccas is now, they have long waiting times (worst case in excess of an hour in drive-through and 40-50 minutes standing wait time when disputing an incorrect order is absurd, but typical waiting time is about 10-30 minutes near midnight).

They're very busy and at this moment they're under renovations. The irony is that the mcdonalds at perth airport was built and ready to go in like only 6 weeks but this restaurant's probably been under renovations for many months at this point so the internal area isn't exactly dine-in friendly.

Considering the food's stale 2/3 times at night (likely from pre-cooking before 23-24 rush hour) and they usually have around 4-5 staff at this time (which is generous compared to what I'm used to when I used to work fast food) they should be able to get the job done relatively quickly. I'm not a fast food god, but I saw one of the workers get my order remade 4 times one night because of miscommunication.

At least the kitchen isn't usually an absolute slippery mess like the fast food restaraunts I worked at in the past

The day staff on the other hand are generally pretty decent. It's about 1/2 times the food's fresh, still not great but at least they do the food presentation better (my burger isnt supposed to have pickles today since it was an angus deluxe but it had like 5 pickles whacked outside of the burger and the onions - also not supposed to be in it and cheese was on the opposite side of the burger). I know you workers use your gloves rather than the "proper" method with tongs, so you ought to improve your aim at least *hah*

Anyways, don't expect much here, mcdonalds is your last resort restaraunt. If its before about 9pm, most days you're probably better off going to vic park, park at woolies and ordering from a quality restaurant. Some restaurants like osaka sushi stay open until 9pm some days and do a decent job.

Gave me a chocolate shake instead of vanilla and forgot my sweet and sour sauce. Disappointing Maccas.

Worst McDonolds have ever been to. Serve was incredibly slow. All tables and chairs were disgusting with food and rubbish on them. Our intentions were to stay at eat, so I grabbed a dirty tea towel off the counter and wiped my own table. However, when food came out, it was in a takeaway bag, so we didn't end up staying and eating. My hubbyorsered a chai tea also, and we watched the staff place it on the counter and then walk away. We checked the other orders and no one ordered any hot drinks. We proceeded to ask if that was the tea. The same server said yes, I called the number. NO HE DIDN'T. We watched him the entire time from making it to putting it on the counter, to walking away and doing something else. Lies. I ordered the new Cheesy Angus Burger. It is meant to have a cheesy, filled patty inside along with a meat patty and salad. It had NO cheesy patty. Huge let down as that was what I wanted. I wonder if they couldn't have been bothered to cook it and add it and figure that by the time I got to eatting my burger, it would be too late. The bacon was hard, and the entire burger was flavourless. There was a giant dollop of spicy sauce in the burger, which was not meant to be there as it's not the spicy version. The whole experience at this McDonolds is a massive disappointment. Since when did McDonalds get so expensive. I thought all dirty bad for you fast food was cheap.

It's not a 24 hour maccas. They usually close around 1am or 2am and say they are doing system updates or the system is down. If you go after 12am don't expect the food to be fresh lol

I have gone through drive through a few times and the customer service is very friendly. My chai lattes have been delicious too

Flat out that's good but burgers were warn. The toilets were closed due to wet floors and not that clean.

Not dissimilar to many other McDonald's really. I was unfortunate enough to have to visit the disgusting toilets on this occasion. This particular McDonald's rarely cooks their fries properly for some reason, resulting in soggy, undercooked fries.

Rude staff. Went through the drive through and ordered two coffees with skim milk. Was asked if the second was also with full cream. We confirmed it was skim milk. When paying we asked fir confirmation that it was skim milk and was told by a very rude girl that it was on the screen (it wasn’t). At the collection window we asked to speak to a manager and the barista came to the window and told us not to stress and that the manager was on the phone.

Putting the fast in fast food. 30 minutes for cold burgers and chicken. Fries were fresh though so that's a bonus. One of the staff members was working extremely hard however, she was let down by the rest of the team.

Fast service through the drive through. My iced latte was very nice and the fries we had were fresh.

I have always enjoyed my meals at this South Perth outlet with my family. Friendly and quick service. They have a good Team and Management there.

Thank you to the staff, manager and Lachlan in particular of night shift 27-10-21 appx. 20: 45 for going above and beyond. We would not have made it home without your help.

And also, kudos to the parents to have brought them up with such good values and attitude. They are mature beyond their ages.

This place does what it says on the box, not bad, not great, but it's fast. Keep it up good people

Drive thru service today at 4: 45pm was fast and friendly. Fries were freshly made and hot. My niece was wowed by the generously-sized ice cream she received and I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of the young lady at the window who offered additional serviettes. Great customer service deserves 5 star compliments.

Not well today so had some happy food. Hot cakes and egg and bacon McMuffin. But disappointed with the coffee. Bit watery, tasted funny and no chocolate stuck on the lid. That's the best bit at the end.

Easy access and parking. Restaurant was relatively clean. Food could have been better presented.

Staff were attentive and friendly. Used the facilities to chill while waiting for an appointment. A little noisy but bearable.

Located in south Perth on the corner of canning hwy and Berwick street next to Oportos and a carwash. Standard macca's fare.

Workers where very disrespectful when something out of the ordinary happened. I ended up waiting 30min for my food, which is disgusting.

I ordered through Uber eats. A medium double quarter pounder meal with a water and fries. What did I receive. Medium fries. A water. And nuggets? On the slip outside the packaging it said my order but inside was completely different.

Good location for late night hangout. We've been there quite a few times although we had cold burgers, wrong orders and wrong number of nuggets few times. I understand it can happens sometimes in hospitality but at least half the time something goes wrong. Maybe just my luck but it's pretty discouraging to go there.
