Cold food that was dry and inedible AND had to wait 25 minutes in drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Worst Maccas ive been to

I ordered two chocolate sundaes with extra topping and was charged for it but received both sundaes with not much topping at all

Kids play ground is alway filthy and is not check on a regular basis for mess that occasionally happens when you have alot of kids running riot. And then your toddler goes in and picks up some other kids chewing gum off the floor. They also seal off the best seats in the house for parents.

Chips weren’t full ordered a large and half way full. Tasted like they were reheated in the microwave! So gross couldn’t eat

5 minute wait for a hot cross bun that was supposed to be chocolate we got a normal fruit one it was cold and doughy and they were very slow we were there for 10minutes

My kids have been coming to this restaurant since it opened. Started as 10/10 and has progressed to a 1/10 my opinion. Service is slow, tables are often dirty plus seating is limited due to seating closures.

Ordered a quarter pounder and only received a beef pattie with 2 strands of lettuce and tomato sauce. Absolute joke
How hard is it to read a slip

Late night crew, misheard my order. I went to pay, corrected it, they still gave me what I didn't want. The fries were cold, the nuggets were old and hard. It's happened before. I won't be going back.

They were so short staffed and the kids cooking were trainees.they had all there parking bays full and c a line of cars I felt sorry for them

I was never a big fan of McDonald's but I've now found a friend in the double quarter pounder.

Service is always been good at the drive through.

Very slow service through the drive through, worker kept asking us to repeat ourselves as we ordered slowly, we had to wait in the bay for 5 mins for chips which is fine except they were all tipped upside down in the bag and not one chip was in the holder as I tried to get it out, ordered a double cheeseburger no pickles and received 3 pickles (it’s even stated on the burger wrapper no pickles) amd it was so oily and half the cheese was just in the wrapper very poorly made, mc spicy box had lots of sauce on outter box. Keep in mind we were the only car in drive through and when passing through we just saw a lot of young people chatting etc, probably the worst maccas experience yet very unhappy

Absoloutely appalled, some boy with the name "dehan" on his name badge was extremely rude to me and was giving me dirty looks the entire time i was waiting for my food.my burger was really gross so he probably did it on purpose because he was mean

if u come to this maccas and see dehan run away as fast as u can

Rang and asked politely who the franchisee was. Got abused by the person answering the phone because they were angry I wanted to know if it was company owned of a franchise and wanted to lodge a complaint.

30 minute wait on order. 7 other customer order complaints during this time. 1 car left forgotten in drivethrough.
Staff all just standing around gossiping.

Yeah went to the maccas to get 60 nuggets for essential rations, anyway got home turns out we only got 50 instead of 60 it is disgusting how they are stingy with willing customers pay for truly preposterous

Everything was cold like it came out of the fridge. I only live 2 km from the store. Absolute rubbish maccas no concern of what they serve to there customers. Worst maccas ever. Not the first time this has happen. Take some pride in your service ya drop kicks.

Got quarter pounders and the meat was fresh as can be.perfect service.the gentleman with the arm tattoo was very polite and helpful.the chai latte however had normal milk when we ordered almond milk.apart from that great service.the bloke was also very good looking and would recommend this store to anyone looking for great burgers and bad drinks.lots of love

Do not use the bathrooms ladies toilets had poo on the seat and so did the disabled toilets they had not been cleaned in a long time, this filth was not recent

Literally the slowest macca’s ever nearly every time I come here I have to wait in the waiting bay and everyone that was behind me in drive through passes by. What a s#*t show.

This mcdonalds is one of the slowest ones ive ever been too and like all other ones always gives you no chips or no salt or the burger is stuffed up ive never had everything as it should i guess thats what happens when you hire 15 year olds and dont manage them correctly
