McDonald's Rockingham

I bought a mocha this morning, but it didn't taste like it at all. The clerk even said it was a mocha. It tastes like watery coffee. I will not come back again, I choose to buy from Warnbro. At least the coffee over there is drinkable. This branch in Rockingham has disappointed me several times in a row.yuks

No longer efficient. Don't buy the orange juice, it's off. And if you ask for a refund be prepared for a mouthful from the shift leader. Not some place I'm going again in a hurry!

Complaints line is a trick one where they pretend to take your complaint but actually seem to throw it in the bin!

Orange juice is not supposed to be fizzy. It's not just "probably too sour", you dolt. Luckily I missed the rest of your rudeness, it's enough that you refused to repeat it.

Given it gives off alcohol as it ferments (probably miniscule amounts) I have to wonder if customers can start drink driving lol!

Food waiting in a carpark with seagulls landing on my car for 8minutes.
Lemonade of the lowest quality, townwater with half power soda stream.

I just came in with my family and I'm not happy with the customer service experience as I heard someone yelling out the word rannga and the person who gave me my food didn't give me a spoon when I asked for one and proceeded to pass me a knife and fork for my icecream

Could barely here the girl in the drive thru.

Took my brother their for lunch on our way to Rockingham Shops, Iced coffee gave me brain freeze however, ever such a lovely iced coffee

Staff are more interested in socialising than serving customers, forgot to give me 2/3 of the order, not the first time.

The place was fairly full. The wait fairly long. The chips somewhat overfried and cold. Was slightly let down.

Slipped over some grease in the store and squashed my big mac but it's fine cos sauce went alll over me and I smelled soooo good.

When I went pretty chill vibe and even though the frozen fanta machine wasn't working got a free sprite so pretty good experience

No changing table in the parent room, just a pile of dust and broken tiles where the table used to be.

I bought a Big Mac meal. I have been ordering big macs for over 40 years, now. First time I received a double cheeseburger, instead. No lettuce, what so ever. Looked nothing like a big Mac. Better than the fish burger I ordered, last year, which had no fish. Just the sauce!

Over a 25 minute wait for our meals not good. Ask manage how long after 20mins she said it on the screen

This morning was a delightful breakfast meal and my toasted sandwich was made perfect. Great atmosphere after kids at school.

It's McDonalds. But it was fresh at that time if the morning. And the place was clean so that's good.

Terrible access for individuals using wheelchairs, I wouldn't call the children's play area even that, it may as well not be there. Staff standing around talking instead of serving, right next to counter so yes between the four of them they knew I was there. State of the place was disgusting. The food was mediocre at best, Overall I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't feed a dog there.

Coffee was horrible was burnt taste had to wait along time in waiting bay don't mean to winge but 15 mins for a coffee around 4pm i would not go there again at that time it may be shift change. But this little blurb won't get recognised as i was listening to Triple M the other day & Maccas profit has scored again so i guess my rant won't meaN A thing

Not sure why this place has a drive through as you always sent to the waiting bays. Without exception worst i have been to

Yummy food. Staff do a great job keeping the place clean.
I did not wait very long.
It was a great pleasure.

First time I ordered inside, they forgot a big mac in my meal. By then I had already left with my meal. I let it go thinking it was a one off. BUT every single time I have ordered inside, they have consistently forgotten items in my order.
