Fella at the drive through window was quiet as a mouse and messed up the order. No reciept given and almost got given the wrong order too. Not worth turning around. Chicken treat is right next door, just go there.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I received my order and my sundae tasted like sour expired Milk. I had let the store know very politely and suggested checking there machine and the lady replies extremely rudely and had alot of attitude towards me. As a customer Im extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I have reported them.

Order Classic angus, cheesburger, chips, coke, hot fudge sundae. Classic angus was cold, coke was frozen. Ordered dine in but they gave take away. Machine did not print receipt. The atmosphere seems to be very selfish and wanting to abuse the customer.

It’s Maccas, you know what to expect. We went on a busy day and waited 13 minutes for our order which was way too long for “fast food”. Once we received it, it was fine.

Almost all of the time you never get what you order and when you do no care or quality is taken with your order. How can a group of people take so little care or pride in what they do. Maybe they need better team leaders to guide them or Ronald McDonald to shake the place up. Do better!

It's maccas nothing special. The drive thru is so small and tight and entering/exiting is the worst! A 4 point turn to get into one of the lanes of the drive thru.

This Mds is very busy. Bathrooms were pretty clean, tables wiped but the seating area is a bit over crowded and designed a bit different to other Mds I have been to. There is a small range of 2 seater arrangements at the front when you walk in and order with all 4 seater or more down the back past the bathrooms in a small confined space with entry to the kids playground. This is fine when it's not busy or there isn't w large group. We found it extremely loud and hard to hear one another. It's a bit of a gamble on the day and nothing personal to this Md alone. Overall would eat here again. Food was good and fresh.

Another trip to McDonald's and another order that isn't mine, and of much lesser value. Thanks

Walked in with wife, to try a bacon burger advertised on TV. Gave the big phones a go in an attempt to order. Could not find said burger. No help from the staff. So we left for Hungry Jacks. Were they will take orders at there counter.

As this store is close to home it's convenient to drop in for refreshments of some kind. In store is always clean and staff helpful.

I have been here a few times over the past six weeks and never received my food at the drive-thru counter. I have been asked to wait every time in the parking bays. This time I had to return the chips as they were almost cold. I won't be going to the Rockingham one again for a long time.

This is the best McDonalds this side of Australia and I'm lucky to have it only minutes from my house. I went in today and was served by Karina (see picture). She has a lively style of her own and made this visit quite memorable.

Food well up to the McDonalds standard and the service is first class

Good grief.go here if you want really bad coffee.tastes like they forgot to clean it out.ugh.consistently gets your order wrong.

Everything was well done, except I wasn't given napkins. The woman managing the dining room was brilliant - providing 5 star service. I was right, it pays to have some more mature members in the crew.

Usually consistent with food and drink quality. The odd bad day here and there. Staff I've encountered have been polite and professional.

Please watch out this place, a couple time that I order 24pcs chicken nugget I got less than 20, n today I did order same 24pcs n I got only17piece, I just don't want to drive back for amount of that, but please do count properly if afew lose am not say but this time 7pcs lose, not happy at all

I ordered four frozen drinks and two were almost half empty. I was carrying them back to car by myself and asked two different people for a cup tray and both walked away without acknowledging me. Very disappointed. Will don't come back

AFTER They prepared my order, they advised that their ice cream machine was over used hence the ice cream was really runny, they advised that they will put my ice cream cone in a cup? You want me to drink the ice cream?

Shocking shocking bad service, an hour and half wait for uber delivery less than a km away.
Made the uber eats driver wait for over an hour!

Good days bad days but mostly good. Delivers what is expected of McDonald's and haters gonna hate.
