59 I ordered no salt fries but came full of salt
I ordered pepper packet but it didnt come
I can understand those 2 things because sometimes it happen.
But what i cannot endure is that, there was fries with ketchup why? Reuse the food? Or something happen inside?
The people on the drive-through do not listen to you when you place your order.
They rush you through before you finish placing your order.
People you are being paid to do a job. What is your rush.
Slow, waited 15 minutes to get the food. No salted caramel even though it was advertised so false advertising. 1 person cooking food. Hopefully its a 1 off. Well came back on sunday morning and what a surprise, not a 1 off. Waited 12 minutes and one of the workers asked what i was waiting for and told them my order. She got it up and said my order. Seems someone got rid of the order on the screen. Worst maccas around.
1 year later and its still the worst for time. Only took them 15 minutes to get me my 2 double sausage and egg mcmuffin and a drink. Get more than 1 person cooking and then service will pick up. Multi billion dollar company and stingy on staff
Context: I ordered takeaway and it took 5 minutes to get home.
Fries were could be fresher, the coke I got was 80% water:/
I rarely eat McDonalds but today I decided to try it again after a bad experience. I ordered a classic angus meal and when I took a bite out of the burger, it was initially okay but as I continuted I started to taste something rotten. The lettuce was wiltered and brown and the tomato slices were slimy and disgusting. I am now feeling sick and the only the thing I ate all day was that burger. Not even worth wasting my time again calling them up and getting a refund or replacement. Another very disappointing experience, would not recommend unless you want to get sick and feel like you're going to throw up. I definitely will NEVER be going back to mcdonalds again
I have been there so many times for uber eats pickups and there’s a girl name Chloe she’s so good, always she has smile on her face dealing with everybody, she’s a true example of great customer service. 10 stars for her

Garbage mcdonalds. Twice they have charged me for something and then not included it in my order, effectively STEALING from me.
I just ordered a double quarter pounder and they give me a single yet charge me for the double. How hard is it to put an extra patty in? I even reconfirmed it with the staff member multiple times, she was rude, I wouldnt be surprised if it was done on purpose.
Incredibly dissatisfied, and i hope this serves as a warning to people.

The customer service has been amazing recently at the Northbridge Mcdonalds. Last week on Friday, I was greeted and asked how I was before receiving my food which made me feel appreciated as a customer. Today when I visited the dine in, it was the best customer service I have ever received out of all of my retail experiences. You guys have definitely upped your game. I was greeted and welcomed when I arrived at maccas today by the same young gentleman that served me last Friday. I think his name was Westly? He made sure that I was okay to use the kiosk and made a huge effort to chat to me and ask me how I was going. I would have stayed to chat longer but I needed to get back to work. I wish more places would provide amazing customer service like this, it honestly makes such a huge difference for us as customers.such a pleasurable experience! I look forward to my next visit
SECOND TIME BAD EXPERIENCE. We ordered via drive through again this time, and confirmed an order for a "large double quarter pounder meal with a sprite" and "two crispy chicken caesar salads", but we received a standard double quarter pounder and the salad didn't have dressing.
We were lucky we checked both the salad, burger and drink. When we went into the store to let the staff know, they fixed the order, BUT only after eating did we realize that the Sprite was filled 3/4 with ice and the salad croutons were WAY past the best before date. Unacceptable for a franchise so large. Disappointing.
As expected from a fast food chain, the standard of food fluctuates a lot. The hash brown I ordered was warm at best, but usually it is freshly fried. I guess the birthday McFlurry was disappointing since I was expecting a few more pieces of the custard pie.
Now I remember why I stopped eating Maccas.
Fries were luke warm and soggy.
Burgers weren't good.
Don't waste your money here. They don't follow basic health guidlines and the managers don't resolve any complaints. Worst customer service
This place is really good but all the time outside and around you can found weird people. And that of course don't make you feel confi to be there
I was really happy with my experience tonight going through the drive thru. I was politely greeted by a young lady who took my order through the speaker box. When I arrived at the window, I was greeted with a smile and was also asked if my order was correct on the screen. When I got to the second window, I was greeted by a tall young man who confirmed my order again. After I received my order, I was told to have a good night. Very happy with the customer service! Especially that late at night. Will definitely be back to visit the same maccas in the future
I actually frequent here as it is close to work. I order my meal, do not wait too long, then est in peace. The staff are always courteous and helpful.
The food is always prepared fresh and I love the little cookie they give when you order a coffee.it's a sweet gesture, no pun intended! Hehe
Such a disaster, asked for a no sugar and salt free breaky, anything was as supposed. I waited around 30 mins and the manager been arrogant and missed my order on purpose. Half of the order missing afterwards.
I'm usually patient but the store was absolutely empty the staff was laughing.
I hope I'll have more details about that.

Today was my first time going to this Maccas and not only did the lady taking our order lack hospitality, but I ordered a coffee frappe and they handed me a cup that had a huge crack in it! Half my coffee leaked out into my car and now everything smells like coffee! How careless to not check the quality of your containers before pouring liquids into it. Never again.
Didn’t eat anything but I was lost driving and my phone was dead, so I stopped here for help and some nice French man gave me his phone
