McDonalds North Perth

Very disappointed, the take away frozen cola only half cup filled and the sweet Sour sauce becomes tomato sauce, not even mentioned this was the first time I ordered chicken nuggets from McDonald's and they were not cooked! Disappointed for the service!

I am super upset with the service, we were ordered the nuggets meal in the mid night, after we drive back home, we found we were missing the fries.
We have to drive back and one of the Asian manager using her bad attitude and say “I don’t think is missing”

By far one of the best Macca's I've visited in the last 40 years. Atmosphere was amazing, with Tiesto cranking in the Cupra, the light show in our minds was setting the scene for a massive night ahead!

THE SHORT FAT ASIAN BLACK LONG HAIR GIRL IS SO RUDEEEEEE! She shout and yelled at my husband. Doesnt know what a customer service is. If customer asked you should explain not shout at the first place

Just a quick walk from north Perth housing area. Nice outlet, very comfortable and best of all it’s 24/7.

The menu needs no introduction.

Takeaway breakfast.
I mean, it's a MacDonald's. At least this time, our McMuffin meals were intact and resembled what they should look like. It doesn't help that you always have to check your order before you walk or drive away. I saw the manager do my order and watched her seemingly on purpose, not put a hasbrown in the bag? But hey, like I say it's a McDonlads

Staff member argued about order. Despite attempts to explain, was dismissed. Training recommended

Absolute muppets. Come to this McDonalds if you want your order stuffed up. Not the first time they've done this but will be the last.

They always give food quickly no matter when I go, even if it's lunch or after work at 12.00 at night.
Always love the food, use the mymaccas app and get discounts etc, staff are friendly.
Also the restraint is clean and neat - something seen very rarely for a maccas.
Would recommend going here rather than the one at Perth a million times.

Soooo much better than Tuarthill for 24 hours drive through service, it's always worth the extra drive.

I sick and tired of this pathetic excuse for a burger joint! I can’t tell u how many times my order is incorrect. Chips aren’t always hot and fresh and wen I ask for extra sauce and I pay for it, well I expect it! McDonald’s advertises ‘free glass’ on t.v, my kids are set on receiving the offer u claim but then say u have none left! The free glass offer is all over your drive thru bill board, it is still advertised on t.v and then u say u don’t have any left. False advertising? What ever u want to call it, I’m over your McRubbish, I won’t consider this burger brand anymore, Hungry Jacks does a much better job, Rich Indians /Pakistani what ever nationality majority takeover group seem to run these fast food joints, your work ethics are make me sick

Was left waiting for over an hour and a half on uber eats for these guys to finally cancel. I'd be fine with them cancelling fairly quick. But over an hour is a Joke.

It's Macca's. It was okay. Parking is difficult there, no easy way to walk into the seated restaurant.

Despite the characters you will find at this Maccas the service was always way above any other McDonald’s I had been to cheerful customer service and never a wrong order, this McDonald’s ought to be proud of themselves

After not visiting in a while I stopped in today to get hotcakes and fries, my food took forever and then when I got it my fries were dead cold and I found a lovely black hair with my hotcakes, service has dropped massively and I will no longer be coming to this Maccas, maybe an inspection would do this Maccas good.

I ordered here a Cheese Burger and it was very delicious. Staff is very humble and very energetic. Highly recommended.

I usually go to this mcdonald's before work, usually drive thru. Today I went inside for once to order my stuff before work. I didn't bring lunch so I bought an extra toastie on top of my breakfast meal. The worker called my number to say that I'm only waiting for my coffee. After 10 minutes of waiting, I got my coffee I rushed out to drive to freo, where I work. On the way there I noticed she forgot my toastie. So in that 10 minutes she forgot my order. It's too early in the morning for me function without coffee.

I ordered coffee. Quick service thanks to CSR Arslan for friendly service and making coffee for me.

When you need to order three times because some of the items on the menu are unavailable at lunchtime on a Saturday, you gave to ask yourself.

Waited for 10 minutes when no one was in line to even get my order taken.the staff basically kid where playing around.

I ordered 18 Happy Meals for my son's birthday lunch (a few days in advance)

All of it was delivered on time on the day of his birthday lunch

It is worth checking on the order a day or two after it has been placed to make sure all details are correct
